Charette Jenna (J3nnaa) I have been coming to this salon for several years now. Casey is who does my nails which I get acrylic nails/fills. She is always wonderful, listens to what I like and comes through with amazing designs! Nadia has also done my nails with excellent results. If there has ever been a concern, it’s been met with understanding and compassion to resolve. A+ ladies. Photos of designs I have requested and turned out amazingggg. The one photo of my pinky nail missing because of an injury I caused and letting my nail heal :)

Haley Sanders I have went to several different nail salons in the county and nothing beats the service and quality of regal nails. Every time I walk in I get greeted by a smile and my name. Casey and Nadia are the best.

Alisha Clayton As a mother excited to spend quality time with my daughter, I was eager to treat ourselves to a manicure and pedicure package at the nail salon conveniently located in the heart of Walmart. The prospect of people-watching added a unique charm to the experience, but unfortunately, our visit left much to be desired.
From the outset, it was clear that the salon was not conducive to intimate bonding moments. I WILL NOT COME BACK. Constantly having to remind the staff about missed details detracted from the relaxation we had hoped for. The older woman overseeing the salon quoted us a hefty price of $130 for the package, which was supposed to include drinks—a promise that went unfulfilled.
Moreover, the quality of service fell short of expectations. Rather than providing a serene environment, the rushed and seemingly indifferent demeanor of the staff left us feeling undervalued as customers. Basic requests, such as adjusting the technique used to work on my nails, were met with reluctance.
As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of delivering value to customers. Its disappointing to see a fellow business fail to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver subpar results, especially considering the premium price charged for the services.
The younger lady was pleasant and I gave her a tip for her helping me book over the phone.
In conclusion, our visit to the nail salon at Walmart was a letdown. Despite the convenience and potential for enjoyment, the lackluster service and disregard for customer experience overshadowed any positives. Its evident that theres room for improvement in both the quality of service and attention to customer needs.

Warren Bachmann I can’t speak for everyone else and from the photos. It looks like there’s been good work done but just look at what the hell they did to my wife’s nails tonight. Then not only didn’t cover the entire nail. They didn’t even put enough on and they seem to care less when she complained and just moved onto the next client. In my opinion, you might as well just steal the money from people.
My wife finally admitted she had a picture of where they also cut her, but she didn’t wanna make a big deal out of it, I’m even more upset now and I’m attaching that picture as well.

Shayna Long Had a great experience today with my daughter and I being pampered with a mani-pedi and Christmas nail art. The quality of the nails is absolutely stunning! Pictures dont do it justice. Regal nails is consistently great quality. Pictured is acrylic with hand painted nail art.
