Michael Cicero Excellent Cut with Carrie at Body Language Salon and Barber! I had a great experience... as a man with longer hair and no clear idea of what I wanted, I really appreciated her patience and expert opinion. Carrie took the time to explain options and listened carefully to my thoughts and ideas, even though my ideas were a bit jumbled and probably didnt make much sense...She gave me the perfect haircut! Ralph Paine Ive suffered with neck pain and headaches for a long time. I had Physical Therapy which helped but didnt completely eliminate my problems. My Physician recommend going to Brandi @ Healing Hands. After the first treatment there was complete relief which lasted a full week. Ive gone back several times and each time the relief last longer. Brandi is fantastic!! I would rate her much higher than 5 stars but that is all there is. Even if you dont have a medical problem I highly recommend Healing Hands for a Great massage. The prices are very reasonable, the setting is very relaxing and Brandi is an Excellent Professional Massage Therapists.

Jason Edwards Brandi is one of the best therapist I’ve ever had!!! She is very passionate about healing people through massage! She worked with me and healed me with my herniated disc’s and did a tremendous job!!! It would be the best choice you ever made to see her for any pain issues you are dealing with in your body !!

Angelina Mancini Ive only ever tanned... so know that I am only rating that. The tanning beds work and are clean, but you wont see consistency in all of them. Also, everything looks a bit older; the style is mixed. The furniture and tanning beds are still in good condition but definitely show sings of wear.... they are well loved. I feel like thats part of the charm? It feels homey. But Ive been places where every sign is framed, every room has a mirror, the towels are larger and newer looking... If you want 5 star for 5 star prices... go elsewhere. If you want feminine vibes and southern charm where people recognize you then this is it.

Deb Walin I had dermaplaning done for the first time and I was really nervous about it. All I can say is it ended up being so relaxing I fell asleep a couple of times. She didnt even mention my snoring! LOL! Seriously, I got my brows waxed and tinted and had my face dermaplaned. She did an amazing job! My brows look terrific and I cant wait to go back. Its the most relaxing thing Ive done in ages and she was absolutely the sweetest, most relaxing, calming presence. I cant recommend this place enough. I cant wait to go back!

Deb Walin Got a cut and color - cut approx. 10 inches off my hair, so not a minor cut - and it was a fabulous experience. Beautiful, deep, shiny color and the exact cut I went in looking for. When youre going from long hair to short hair its a big step, and Wendy and Charmagne did an amazing job for me. Couldnt be happier and will absolutely be going back.

Vonda B Did my research & decided to use this tanning salon to purchase a couple months of tanning to pre tan for coming up spring & to also buy a gift card for a month for an upcoming birthday for a friend. Went on my lunch break. Went to front & back door of business, both closed. Thought maybe they were running late so waited a few minutes, tried to phone several times & got busy signal, wasted my entire lunch hour plus when retuned to work tried calling them off & on for another 1 1/2 hours, busy signal. Called the Chamber of Commerce which is right next door to salon. They said “oh yes, the tanning part closed down & there’s just 1 lady inside who does hair & keeps doors locked & only lets customers in for appointments.” Would’ve been nice had they updated their website or even put a sign on front & back door, maybe even an automated recording on your phone instead of just taking it off the hook. Hope this post saves someone else the time I wasted on my lunch hour. My time is very important to me.

Gabby Tamayo I’m highly disappointed, I called to get in for some layers in my extensions to blend smoothly and she did get me in on last minute notice but also rushed the service and my 26” hair is now ruined. The layers are very uneven as you can see in the picture. I just highly recommend turning down a service instead of agreeing to do it if you aren’t capable.

Mike Nolan I needed to get a new style started on my overgrown beard and hair. I called this location and they fit me in right away. James did a terrific job on the hair and beard. I am extremely pleased and excited to have found a good old style barber I can now go to. I will definitely be back again. The cost was really reasonable as well.

Warren Ware Im new here in starke...over 40 an have been turned around due to appointment an nobody in the shop getting a haircut everyone dont use apps due to fraud etc.. i have 3 boys an since I dont want to do online they will not service me.. really disappointed white people around the corner treated me an my family way better. Sad

Donna Achille I am a visitor from Pa and staying at Stark koa. I had an appointment with Adrianne to have my nails done. Firstly, everyone in the shop were the friendliest people I had ever met! Very southern hospitality!!! Adrianne was very friendly, professional. From start to finish it was 30 minutes! I had the Gel X done on my nails and to say I love them is an understatement! I am over the moon! Exactly what I wanted! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon. It is really a one stop shop!! Thank you everyone for making me feel welcome!

Supernatural Life I had a pedicure today, it wasn’t this first time I’ve been here and everytime I am impressed and leaving relaxed. I was recommended Makenzie and she did not disappoint! She was attentive and a great listener. This place is such a great place to go when you need to relax. Plus the prices are so reasonable for everything they offer. They even helped me pick out the perfect pink for my toes! Thank you and please book your appts here!

Ashley Hollgarth My tech was super sweet, as were the other staff I talked to. My appt was only a few minutes behind the schedule. The pictures of my toe nails are only a few hours after getting them done, one toe was not squared and the polish wasnt fully to my cuticles, and a little bumpy on a couple had a few friends already asking if i just actually had got them done. My truck also got hit (and run) in their parking lot, I reached out to the Salon to see if they had cameras and no one has yet to respond/get back to me. So now I have a tore up bumper and not the greatest paint job on my nails either. I was hoping they would reach out with any response as to the camera situation as to why i gave it a couple days before submitting my review.

McClelland TJ “Tinfoil TJ” Used to get my haircut here. Ive had to look into other places over the last year because if they dont see you as a high profit client, they wont set you an appointment, they avoid you. I tried again this past week, got the same run around. Which basically is me looking for an appointment and getting no response. Probably not the best practice for a small town business.
