Julia Kouragian Was looking for a new salon after feeling not so good about the old one... WOW am I glad I tried NeoVibe Spa! Second visit and I have something called gel nails. So much easier on my poor thin nails! No sanding on my nailbeds! Pedicures are fire! Hot stones, hot towel wrap... and thats just the standard service! Ya gotta try em!

Nanette Nette Happened to be in town and wanted to get my nails done on a whim before leaving. After calling a number of shops, I was about to give up but someone was able to pick up at this location. I was happy to know they were open and accepting walk-ins. I dont usually get my nails done so I asked for a simple mani-pedi with plain nail polish (for easy self removal) and was happy with their service and great conversation! (Thank you, Viana and Pham!) I also was able to get their 20% off grand opening promo for the month (March 2021). So happy to have stumbled upon this place and Ill definitely stop by when Im in town again.

Mary Gonzalez The gel manicure looked great and lasted for weeks. The staff is friendly, and the salon is clean, though the wait time was longer than expected. Overall, a good spot for quality nail services.

Karen Worley Im giving one star simply because the nail tech was just a sweetheart trying to do the best she could. The location just opened so I am taking that into accountability. When arrived, no air I needed a pedicure, but no chairs to do pedicures yet and I knew that going into the shop and they had a delay on their equipment being delivered so I fully understand that. When you first walk in, the shop looks adorable. Then once you look around, it was very dirty. I went to use the Restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom is dirty with boom boom In the toilet. Granted, there was a young child there that had left that behind and the owner did apologize for that. I had to remind the nail tech after removing gel polish, and my nails being filed that I needed to wash my hands because the powder all over them before she started painting my nails. Her table was dirty on the Customer side and Sticky To remove gel polish by soaking your fingers and A tray to remove the polish and to simply repaint the gel with a clear color cost me $72 which is outrageous! The owner was originally nice, but when I explained how I felt my service and the establishment was, she did not take constructive criticism properly. I hate to leave bad reviews, especially because of my name… Lol, but I felt as if it should be told.

Carina Morales When you first walk in is beautiful, very girly and they have a little coffee side with free snacks and non alcoholic beverage I absolutely loved they have free Wiffi and a nice 2 chairs table to keep you comfy and well care while you waiting and the front desk lady she so nice she took the time to answer all my questions and the place is clean and stunning and all tools that they use in me they open in front of me brand new and I am meticulous and OCD and spotless is the right word to describe and my nails Beautiful work done I-Did Gel X. With design no other place do that in Sebring I am use to go to the city for that but not anymore this has became my new favorite place. Absolutely recommend .

Tracey does amazing eyelash extensions and is bright & welcoming. Ive never had a service that did not go above & beyond my expectations. Give Fancy Nails a try. Taylor Fox If I could give this place six stars I would. No matter who does my nails, they always come out amazing. Lee and the owners are amazing. Tim is cool as well. The pricing is very decent, especially for the quality of work. This is the only place I can go to get my nails done that actually stay on. I drive over 30 minutes to come here. I’m never disappointed!

Toni Garner Vanessa is beyond amazing. She takes her time. Her work is beyond fantastic. Once you get in you wont want anyone else to touch your nails. Did I mention how kind she is as well and priceses are unbeatable.... update. I have been seeing Vanessa for a year now 2 times a month. And not one time have i been disappointed. If i have any issues she works with me to fix it. I recently had surgery and she even took the time out of her day to call and check 9n me. She is more then just Sebrings best nail tech. She is an amazing caring person. Just another thing you cant get just anywhere.

Lisa Henson I had my first appointment with Vanessa on Thursday. From the moment I got there it was an awesome experience! Its a personal one-on-one appointment, she is very honest, has a great sense of humor, and an amazing eye for detail. Her products are all made in America and she puts so much pride into her work. Typically when Ive gotten full sets before they feel artificial, hers look and feel natural. Everyone has complimented me on how beautiful my "real nails" look. If you want the experience every woman should get when we get our nails done, make an appointment with her. Shes not the person thats just providing you with a service, its a therapeutic experience. Maureen Cole For those of you who like gel nails but wish they would last more than a week or two before they start to peel off, then you need to book an appointment with Vanessa. She is an expert in her field, takes great pride in her work and extremely personable. I can actually go four weeks or more and my nails still do not peel or break off. Please book an appointment with her you will not be disappointed.

jes c.j. Yaynet did my nails and they are absolutely gorgeous! She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. The entire staff is very friendly and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Great experience and fair pricing, can’t wait to go back!

Kayla Silva This nail salon is fantastic. The experience we had here was more than what you would expect from a nail salon. I called and made an appointment and asked if my daughter (5 yr. old) could get her toes painted too. They said of course bring the princess! Well they DEFINITELY treated her like a princess from the moment we walked in to the minute we left. The environment was also very clean and pedicure chairs were hi-tech and very comfortable. My daughter received a princess crown for her to keep while she was getting her pedicure. The look on her face and the kindness they showed her was priceless. They truly go above and beyond for their customers here. Loved it and will be back!!

Mia Davis Went here for the first time a month ago and it was an amazing experience. Honestly the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They listen and talk with you about your concerns and questions. The salon is also super clean and they use new tools for each customer AND you can take it home with you if you want. This is the bare minimum, but we all know that the majority of nail salons are full of scammers who don’t care about charging you $150+ for the eventual deterioration of your nails. You also must call in to schedule an appointment. They do NOT do walk-ins. Which I find to be perfect. The nail artists aren’t stressed and you’re given all their attention. Plus it’s actually relaxing. If you’re trying to make a last minute appointment, the owner is very nice and will let you know asap if there’s an opening via phone call. Visit Elan’s nail salon!!!

Janet Jones First time ever being here…requested just a basic pedicure with regular polish, no gel & nothing exotic. When Tony started working on me, massaging my legs & feet, using hot stones & then hot towels, I thought maybe he didn’t understand I had chosen just the basic pedicure. But when all was done, the charge was just a fraction of the price in West Virginia. Thanks Tony!

A Great products, horrible service! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and the service has greatly declined over course of the years. If you can get past the unfriendly staff and undermining stares you will find a good selection of products for an excellent price though sometimes not well stocked.

Endless Summer family Second time going into this store( I don’t live in the area) and the staff was super nice and super patient. There had been a problem with my membership card( because it’s been so long since I shopped with them) and the girl working did everything she could to get it fixed. Ended up having to call customer service and they were very helpful and patient as well. Great store

nat van Most of the time they are out of what I need. If they have what you need, its low stock and you cant buy as many as you planned to. Call ahead if you want something specific.

Jamiee Giffin Okay so I am not one to do reviews but I’m so heart broken, my family has came here for years on and off but the guy who did my pedicure seemed like he was having a bad day and just wanted to rush which is okay I get we all have bad days but I asked for a over lay cause I know my toes have a bad shape and usually when I get a over lay they form it to a nice shape for me and this time they didn’t and they didn’t even clean up the nail polish around my toes it looks messy. I spent 124 for my nails and feet and the feet look horrible.

Mrandmrs Bruno Update to my experience here at exquisite nails in Sebring fl. This was my 4th time here and it was terrible on the 4th time! The prior times my nails were done great by Carmen and my pedicure, and facial were done well too! However this 4th time I couldn’t schedule with Carmen due to my schedule reasons. So I made online appointment with any tech that could take me at 10am. I show up next morning for app and a told that my nail tech is new and freshly out of nail school. I show my inspo picture to front desk business woman, new nail tech and was told by front desk women that new nail tech was scared since she can’t do certain things from my inspo pic but that another nail tech would jump in and help her on. I should have refused service but I chose to be understanding and went ahead with new nail tech. New nail tech applied acrylic sloppy and messy and uneven on my acrylic overlay on natural nails. I kindly told new nail tech my observation of unevenness, sloppy, missing acrylic parts etc. new nail tech should have refused to do my nails since she was scared and not confident in her work based on my inspo picture. Business women should have not allowed this new nail out of nail school nail tech to perform my nails if not confident in achieving my desired results! Also I was charged as if a skilled nail set did my nails but new nail tech clearly left so many issues with my nails that another skilled nail tech wouldn’t have! All customers want is honesty if nail tech can’t perform the inspiration picture shown beforehand and direct customer to a nail tech that is skilled and confident to achieve desired results of customer! I left at 1:30pm and I arrived for my appointment at 10am… ridiculous! I was given a 5$ discount for long wait but still charged me so much for a new nail tech fresh out of nail school! Not fair priced then! This bad experience I share for the better of the business and for customers to be aware. Will not be a returning customer, since this horrible experience of my 4th time here. 76$ charged but would have been 81$ if I didn’t receive 5$ discount for long wait! By the way this is acrylic overlay on my natural real nails no tips on!!!

Nadalia Lteif Everyone at exquisite is super kind and caring my nails come out perfect everytime. I’m pretty simple I get French tips but somehow, every tech can do it with no problems. So I never care if I get a new tech or the same one. The owners will go above and beyond if you have any problems. I drive an hour to get my nails done by them because it’s that worth it, Quality and hygiene is important to them . So basically , they have a forever customer in me!

B. AJ Natural hair : Washed , Deep conditioned, and gently styled in a protective style. Students here are passionate and the instructors are not only knowledgeable but also very kind. Hair type : thick, tight curls, chest length.... And they were able to do it well. Will recommend.

Brittany Lee Felt super rushed, and she answered front desk 3 times and took calls in a 30 min session. And left door open. Got finished she rushed me getting out by opening the door while I dressed and then wouldnt stop pushing for a large tip. So uncomfortable. Im glad I didnt get the hour I asked for and she said no 30 mins. Thats the only plus.

Brian Baker Had one of the best manages ever. I broke my pelvis and then had sciatica problems. Took physical therapy and tried a massage therapist before I tried Cindy at Happy Feet Massage. She knew exactly what to do and really has been the best relief I have found. Looking forward to my next visit soon

Richard Stirling Massage was ok but cut short to 50mins and also the therapist kept leaving the room to tend to front desk. Also took a phone call in the room. Then ruined the experience by assuming a tip and made me feel uncomfortable enough to feel forced into leaving more of a tip than I wanted

Michael New Mia is the utmost professional. She really understands the mechanics of the human body, and has a talent for finding those tight areas and can work then out. She has extensive knowledge of different massage techniques, and applies what is needed for each client. Mia asked me what areas were hurting, and she focused her efforts to relive me of the pain I felt. Id recommend her to anyone who is in need of a massage, as she has proven to be THE BEST masseuse. You owe it to yourself to book a session with this talented professional.

Diana Anderson I was a walk in and needed a pedicure, so Kim offered her services. She was very articulate, and was able to magically transform my very neglected feet. I was impressed by Kim’s quick and steady hands as she clipped and trimmed my toenails, and equally impressed with her abilities in applying a perfect French Manicure! The foot and leg massage also wonderful. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Kim for such a great experience I will be back!

Jesalyn Carnley After spending almost $100 and pointing out the drastically different lengths, she filed a bit more and sent me out with nails this crooked. My cuticles are so sore and red from where she filed into them. The side profile is absolutely atrocious. Theres acrylic still stuck under the tips.

Kira Fort Me and my friend arrived knowing exactly what we wanted to get we were both getting pedicures. I was getting a Halloween theme and she was getting solid color.. The lady who did my friends toes was extremely sweet and did everything that she asked however, the woman who did mine was extremely rude, and I will never NEVER Be coming back to this place again. I asked for a simple French tip black French tip instead of white.. And then I asked for a spiderweb in the corner of my big toe, but I wanted it to be a white sparkly spiderweb.. I picked out my color and I chose 488 in their gel booklet.. I showed the woman my design that I wanted and told her the colors that I wanted and she told me no. Told me I couldn’t have white And I had to have silver because she was not gonna do white on my toe… I tried to argue with her to get the color I wanted, but it didn’t work. She still used silver and then I noticed when she was doing my French tip that she only did half of my big toe with the French tip and she was leaving the other half open to put the spiderweb.. So I kindly asked her if she could fill the rest of the toe with the French tip and put the spiderweb over top of it and she started yelling at me telling me that the picture I provided did not have what I’m asking so I zoomed into the picture to show her it indeed did have what I was asking a full French tip toe with a spiderweb over top of it.. She pulled over another worker to show the other worker, the photo speaking in a different language, the whole time pointing her finger at me aggressively and raising her voice, so I finally said I don’t care what you see in the picture I’m asking you to do something, please do that So she got upset and said fine. Did the toe didn’t even finish my pedicure massage that I paid for I left the store with sticky legs and I was extremely upset about this experience… I paid for a peppermint massage not only did she not massage my legs. She just rubbed the peppermint stuff on my legs and then rinsed it off. The pedicure is supposed to end with lotion on your legs. She didn’t even do that. My legs were super sticky, and I felt really gross after this experience and very upset.. I have provided the picture of the design that I chose the color that I originally wanted on my toes and a picture of what my toes came out to look like.. although I’m OK with what I left with, I’m upset that I didn’t get what I asked for and I’m upset that I was yelled at by somebody for requesting what I wanted to get… i’m paying for a product I’m paying for the service. I should get what I ask for regardless of their feelings or if they like it or not..

Summer Trenkle If I could write 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST nail salon. My last experience with them was HORRID. See photos of how my toe nails turned out. I PAID $65 FOR THESE!!!! And they didn’t even put a base coat on the nails. They didn’t even do gel for that price. It looks worse than a 3 year old painting nails. Oh and they cut me on 3 different places on my toes and I was bleeding. To even be in business still when this is the crap you give your customers for that price is a shame. My mom, grandma and I all got our nails done and it came out to $300. And they couldn’t even provide me any type of good service. I cannot believe this. I also walked into the salon and showed the young lady at the front desk and she said “oh my gosh those look horrible!” And she told the owner and they were supposed to call me and never did. I tried calling and texting the owner and NOTHING. This is HORRIBLE BUSINESS. It’s no wonder their sales have been down and they always have availability. Stay far away!!!!
