Denise Erwin 2/27/25 @ 9:00a.m. made an appointment for this date/time the day before but they do take walk ins which is very conveinent. This is my first time at the salon. I was very impressed by (Nancy) who did my pedicure. She was very informative as I had some nail issues. She was very professional. The nail technician (Jay) did my manicure. He was also very informative and professional. Thank you Lucky Nails for a relaxing and professional experience.

Dakotah Heidig Tina was amazing! She was so sweet and very meticulous. 10/10 manicure, my nails look fabulous. I could tell she genuinely cared about keeping my nails healthy and took her time without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a nail artist who is as detail oriented. I also love that this is a family owned business. You can see how much effort they put into taking care of their clients and ensuring everyone leaves happy. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Dawn Dennis Beautiful shaping and polishing of my toenails by Milan. I am always a walk-in and I never get turned away at this Nail Salon. The salon is clean and decorated in a modern style. One of the TV screens displays relaxing images of coastal locations and relaxing instrumental music plays on a top notch sound system. I feel relaxed and welcome at Lucky Nails.

Nichole Champion This is my 2nd time going to Lucky Nails and I will continue to go back. Hannah is AMAZING! If you need someone that can do nail art she is your girl. Would definitely recommend for anyone that’s on the fence.

Kelly Lewis Found a new favorite nail salon that’s just minutes from my house!! Nancy was so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. Normally I get the dipping powder but I don’t like how with a French tip it looks grainy so I told her I wanted a gel manicure but she told me she could do it a certain way with the dip to make it look good and not grainy. So I went with the dip and WOW, am I impressed!!! They look just how I wanted them to and I have the dip so it will last awhile. I’m so happy I found this salon! Nancy is one of the owners of the salon with her husband and it is a smaller salon so make sure to make an appointment before heading in. Very clean, new and cute!

Gabriela Lopez Barnum I found my new nail salon in Sarasota! I had an amazing experience recently when I went to get my manicure done. Nancy, the owner, took the time to educate me on my nail/skin health and did a high quality job on my dip manicure. She didn’t over-file my nails like a lot of other techs do and she made sure all the cuticles were cut perfectly. The process was painless and stress-free! Most importantly, she did exactly what I asked for in terms of the shaping and color— I will definitely be coming back. My nails feel so natural (unlike other places where they do the dip really thick)— this place does it right. It’s also really nice and new in there, so it makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Kelly Laniusn I have recently moved back to Sarasota and was having the worst time finding a nail salon that was warm and welcoming. Wow nails is the place. It is truly a gem in this town. Tiffany did my nails . She was quick, friendly and very patient as I had no idea what I wanted. They looked amazing , just what I needed to feel pretty. I highly recommend this salon and Tiffany. Also prices are very reasonable.

Christina Daidone Costumer service, cleanliness and quality is outstanding at TT’s Nails! Took the chance of walking in shortly after they opened hoping I could get a dip removal and dip manicure done with design. Ivy reset her schedule to accommodate me and did a phenomenal job and was the most sweetest! So glad I took the recommendation from some girlfriends and I can’t wait to make them my new nail home!

No matter what shapes, colors, designs, or ideas I bring to them, they always do incredible work! They really care about their clients and care about doing quality work. Ivy and Mia are so creative and their attention to detail is amazing. Ms. Gina and Seven are awesome too! If you’re in the area, check them out! But, I would recommend calling ahead just in case because they stay booked and busy!

Kristine Fitts Friendly staff. Easy check-in and fabulous polish options. I love they offer the latest OPI colors too. Not one other salon I’ve tried in Sarasota has them. Ann Volcano actually did my first pedicure and was delightful. The salon is extremely clean as well as beautiful. I’ve already been back twice. I highly recommend Ann Volcano Nail Lounge!

Alex Smith While i am glad they were able to get me in so quickly, the nail tech was working very quickly and aggressively. By the time my nails were done, he had cut 4 of my fingers and when filing to shape my nails on the tips he filed off layers of my skin on the corners. Very painful. I do like the way my nails look but I did not enjoy this experience

Katlin Wallis The place was beautiful and clean. Everyone was very nice. Kenny was so wonderful! I came in with acrylics that were grown out. I wanted my natural nails back, and he DELIVERED ♥️ he took the time to add a strengthening dip powder to ensure my nails would last and grown healthy again and did a gorgeous cat eye gel polish. They are so beautiful! Even though I dont live in the area, I will be back just go see him.

Natalie Pickup I had an excellent experience yesterday at Siesta Nails and Spa. I chose the dip, Brazilian style french manicure and the Hot Stone pedicure. The pedicure was by far the best Ive ever had, much because of the foot/leg massage. Both services were done by Kenny. He was attentive, a kind soul who takes pride in his work- a true master of his craft. I knew I was in good hands because of his gentle ways and good communication style. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a fabulous mani/pedi experience.

J C This was my second visit to this nail salon. During the first visit, I had such a great experience. They offered me beverages and the nail technician was so helpful in walking me through my options and pricing. I ended up getting dip for the first time and it turned out absolutely beautiful. However, during my second visit, I had the worst experience. The nail tech continuously was pulling down the skin around my nails with her own nails (never experienced this with any others in my history of getting nails done). I also noticed that they do not use sanitized equipment, which is a bit concerning. However, I would’ve been less alarmed if she hadn’t filed my nails so roughly that the skin around my nails became raw open wounds. I kept pulling away from her when she was filing certain nails that had the cuts due to the filing and she laughed and said ‘oh, sorry’. The overall finished product looks very lumpy and not even. I have little specs of black dust looking dots, as the nail tech had some cotton and other residue on her hands that dropped onto my nail bed, but she just kept painting over them. The overall shape of some of my nails are not even either, where some of them are shorter on one side, so it appears that the nail is at a diagonal angle. It took me over an hour to get to this location, after all the traffic, and I’m incredibly disappointed in the finished product. I’m normally not one to complain, but I went to get my nails done for a special event that I’m attending this weekend. Seeing some of skin around my nails, still red and raw, and the unevenness of the dip, as well as all the tiny little black specs on top, is very disappointing. I’m fairly new to the area and my search for my regular nail salon will continue after this visit.

Rat Attack Siesta Nail... I visit this salon about every month faithfully for the past 5 years and I wont go anywhere else. This salon is made up of fun, friendly professionals who are consistent with every detail of what the customer requests along with their expert opinions. Anyone I refer to this salon always comes back for more beautiful nails. I absolutely highly recommend this salon for all your mani, pedi, and beauty needs.

Reese Parshall Ahn is by far the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever had. He did a great job and took his time. He made sure I was welcome and comfortable. I’m not from Florida, but if I was, Ahns nail salon would be my go to place!

Miquela Parisi I love this place! I will never go to another nail place!! I walked in thinking I had to get my nails completely yanked and start all over. Anh is an absolute artist and very skilled at repairing horrible nails! I mean these nails were so bad, you guys. And he fixed and perfected every single one. Thank you SO much Anh! I will be back!

Gott K.C. I came to Sarasota for a wedding and did a quick search to find a place to get a mani/pedi. I went to Nails by Anh because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. With an appointment, I was in and out in 75 minutes and my nails look great. If I’m ever back in Sarasota, I’ll certainly visit here again.

Madeline Geddes They were very kind and got me in as a walk-in but they did a very poor job. I came home and saw my feet in very poor condition after spending money for a full service pedicure. I will not be returning.

I haven’t had my nails done in years and wanted length of an extension without the damage acrylic could bring, so that my natural nails can grow in underneath. They turned out so gorgeous!!! I love the snowflake touch too, very pleased Kelly is a wonderful nail tech too :D

June T Myself, and family members had pedicures and manicures at Aqua Nail today. Excellent customer service very relaxing atmosphere, very clean. Amanda and her husband treated us with kindness and wanted to insure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend Aqua Nail and will be back!

Melinda Paul My friend and I were in from out of town and were looking for somewhere we could get my toes and her nails done. She found this place online and called them to find out if we had needed an appointment or not and what time they were closing because it was already later in the afternoon when she called. She spoke to a woman and we were able to get right in. Its a husband and wife owned business. The service we got was beyond excellent!!! All the way around!! I recommend anyone wanting to get their nails/toes done to come here!!

Marla Martinez So disappointed with my set. This was my second time at this salon and both times my sets were subpar. This second go around I was truly upset about. I wanted a deeper French and the tech insisted that it would look bad. Once I left and inspected my nails I noticed how sloppy and uneven they all were. Such a shame because I spent $150 for something I could’ve done better myself. Now I have to go to a different salon to start all over again.

Cee Dee This 1-star review is not based on the nails themselves. Never made it inside. Google maps says closed at 7pm on Saturdays. Arrived at 5:20pm. Door sign said closed at 6pm on Saturdays. The “Open” sign was lit up. Went up to the door and it was locked. Male employee popped his head out from a distance, just stood there, stared at us, and made no effort to come up to talk to us. Poor customer service. Need to work on being more organized.

Jesspsycha They are friendly, easy to get into for an appointment and do a great job. I have been going to them for years for gel manicures and the now the dip manicure, as well as the fantastic pedicures they do. Highly recommend.

Melinda Zupaniotis NO! Just, NO! Read my review if youd like, but whatever you do, dont go here. I WILL start positively and say that Camy and her husband are very nice. It seems like they are the ones who run the shop and may not have any other staff. I had an atrocious pedicure, for which Id requested nail art on one toenail only - Camy messed it up royally. After she showed it to me proudly and asked what I thought, I was kind, but honest, and said that it wasnt what I had envisioned...so she got her husband to come over and take it all off and he did it all over again. Still not perfect, but Id wasted enough time already, so I moved on to my manicure. Instead of Camy resuming the helm for my acrylic manicure, she had her husband do the fill for me. (BTW -there were no other customers in the shop, so Im not sure why she didnt take over again?) He was too aggressive with the electric file and got me almost down to every nail bed - OUCHIES! He also filed so much on one nail that the existing tip came off and he had to replace it. The fill process took forever. Then, he passed me back over to Camy to do the gel sealer. It was like a game of musical chairs. Also, I had to direct her how to clean up my nails, since her husband had left a lot of hanging cuticles and un-buffed, sharp edges on the ends. The whole process took 2.5 hours, whereas any other salon would have had me in and out in about 1-1.25 hours. When it came time to pay, I was shocked by the price - I calculated it, and they charged me 36% MORE than the mean average of the same exact services I have had in Clearwater salons and other salons in Sarasota. And because I am too nice, I also left a tip, even though, I really shouldnt have because (1) They are the owners, and (b) I really wasnt happy with the job. It really bugged me for the rest of the day, so I called them later and asked why it was so expensive? I get my nails done every two weeks and I have never paid that much before...etc. The husband said that that was what they charge for their services. Thats it? Oh - he also mentioned that he had to add a tip to one nail and do all my color from scratch - remember how he went to town on my nails with the electric file? That was on HIM - no one else does a fill like that. Lastly, they DO NOT USE LINERS in their pedicure tubs and I am fairly certain that I have contracted a low-level athletes foot fungus from their facilities...and no, Im not joking. The whole experience was a gross disappointment. Literally. In conclusion - I DO NOT RECOMMEND Nails by Camy. There are enough other nail salons in the Sarasota (Bee Ridge/Southgate/Siesta Key Plaza) area that will do a MUCH better job and charge MUCH less. 36% - wow! You live and you learn. So, I hope you learn from MY mistake and good luck!

Nancy McIntyre I had a wonderful pedicure and nail extensions done by Lee. Its so very clean there and Lee is a master at what he does. He doesnt rush and makes sure I am happy with his work. Im so glad I found Expo nails. I wont go anywhere else

mylena maman I had my nails done at another place and I was unhappy with the results. I showed up to Expo nails embarrassed and upset, wondering if they could help me fix them. I was treated like my opinion did not matter about what I wanted at the previous nail salon. The manager at expo nails put me at ease and helped me in the kindest manner. The quality of their work is unmatched. They really care about their clients experience and they do quality work. Their prices are great too. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Myra Crawford Just got my nails done here. Told them I had to be at wedding. Got the extra service which took long and was very expensive. Had to leave and now my nails are all messed up. Yes, they werent dry but they didnt 3ven offer anything to help. Nice place but watch out for the extra services $120 later and my nails look like crap.

Holly Kerr I can’t recommend Leanne and her team enough! They are experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. After 3 years away, Leanne still remembered me and even knew the color I loved for my acrylic nails! Her work is consistently flawless—Ive never had a nail break or chip, even when I was bartending. The pedicures are perfect, and she’s quick and efficient, which I appreciate since I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the salon. Plus, her prices are great, and she never tries to upsell. I’m so glad to be back now that I’ve returned to work!

Susan Hintz Nails 41 is clean, friendly, and service driven. Leanne did my acrylic fill with a French finish, and she is outstanding! Lynn did my pedicure which was relaxing, thorough, and pretty. We come to Sarasota every year, and this will be my go-to place!

Karen Brooks Yesterday was my first time getting my nails done at Nails 41-it was an excellent experience! Leanne is just great-I came in with a recent dip gone bad and she fixed me right up! She listened to what I wanted and did just that! The salon is clean and peaceful and I will be going back to see Leanne for my next dip and will try a pedicure as well! I come back for my follow up appointment 3 to 4 weeks out from when I booked my first. Sally and Steve pay attention to detail, so if you don’t want to get your nails done every two weeks… then give STAR Nails a try.
