Y Vlds More than your regular nail salon, it feels like a family environment. It was my first time, and for sure, Ill try it again. The other clients looked like they knew the staff for a long time; they were relaxed and chatting with their nail technician, enjoying the pampering (women and men). Spotless place, good chairs, and varied nail colors. Staff friendly and pleasant with the requests. I went with my daughter for a girls day, and they were terrific, trying to make her comfortable all the time. Try it, and you will be one more satisfied customer.

Russell Emery Excellent place to get a pedicure. Very clean and friendly with great service. They really do a top notch job.

Lizzie Diaz Anna is great at doing nails. However, she does 2, 3 or 4 customers simultaneously… of course the waiting between one process and the other ends up being very long. I went twice and really admired how well she works, but if you’re a busy person, this is not your place… you gotta be VERY patient

Stephanie Crissey Lush Nails has never disappointed. It is clean, well organized, top of the line product and a very comfortable place to be cared for your every nail need. Kevin is super and my favorite Mimi keeps me looking well tended. I was never a nail polish, massage gal before, so long as Lush Nails and Mimi are there, thats where you will find me.

Alexis Meshel I love coming to Lush! I’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience. Leo does a great job and can do any design you show him. This is a great family owned place and very clean! Everyone is friendly and so much fun while you’re there.

Eden David This was my first time and last time I’m going to this place, I have on both of my big toes ingrown and when the women gave me a pedicure it hurt me and I kept saying that it hurt but she didn’t even look up at me and she heard me say “ow” non stop but she kept going. I don’t recommend going to this place they are not professionals and my nails are very weak now. Very bad service!

S Merri Haque I felt rushed and I am not satisfied with the manicure or pedicure I received. My right hand has rounded corners and my left hand is squared. I asked her to fix it and she just took more length which i specifically asked her not to at the beginning of the service. she wasnt paying attention as she filed my nails. Instead she was watching TV. Then when I asked for acrylic tips on my toes she said she cannot do it. I said I dont want the pedicure and she assured me she can make it work to save face... same story here. My right big toe is nice looking. She extended it out nicely but my left looks very short. Tge old polish that was on my toes was not taken off all the way. It shows thru my current color. I have other engagements today so I let it pass. I dont have the time to keep telling this lady how to do her job. See the pictures and you tell me. On the upside the salon was very clean and everyone else is very friendly.

Jennifer Cruz Henry did a great job with my classic mani & pedi. It was a clean establishment. The massage chairs were awesome. Make an appointment the chairs get full, and you might have to wait a little bit.

Jia Liu I had a manicure at this nail salon a week ago. The environment and music were very relaxing and the whole process was very comfortable. The manicurists were very careful and gentle, and every detail was done very well. The color and shape were exactly what I wanted! I especially like the style I did this time. I strongly recommend anyone who wants a manicure to try it here. You will definitely not be disappointed! (This is Gel X by the way!!)

Aileen Menicucci I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience at this nail salon, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. The technician working on my pedicure had no experience at all, which completely took away from the enjoyment. When you go for a pedicure, you expect to sit back and relax, not feel stressed watching someone struggle with the basics. Salons should not assign inexperienced technicians to first-time customers. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one ensures I won’t be coming back. I hope management takes better care in training their staff before allowing them to work on clients.

April Sprigle Mia is phenomenal! She always goes above and beyond to make my nails gorgeous. I highly recommend. Ive been going there every other week for over a year now.

shena marquis Dont waste your money.. I have gone there multiple times and every time my polish always chips. Finally I called 2 days after a gel mani to let them know the polish chipped and it needed fixing. Went back and had it fix they charged me $25 again to fix the polish that was chipped .. so I paid $60 for a gel mani. Am sorry but that is horrible customer service to charge your customers for something that was an error in your part. With multiple nail establishments in the area this is not good customer. Don’t waste your time.

Jalyssa Vegas Nails is one for the best nails salons Ive been too. John , one of the nail techs is absolutely wonderful I have been going to him for a few years. The workers here are so welcoming and friendly. I recommend everyone to come here !!

Catrina Diaz John is absolutely the best nail artist Ive ever had work on my nails so sweet and professional. He has the most steady line work Ive ever seen. Wow wow wow! Absolutely made my day! My son graduates marine boot camp and I needed something extra special and John did the most amazing job and offered ideas on what I wanted! Absolutely nailed my nails!

Carmen Malebranche Love Vegas nails. We always come here every few weeks for refills my husband gets a manicure and pedicure from the amazing cookie who is so talented in cat eyes and me and my eldest daughter get our acrylics done by John who always does the best on our designs and shapes. All in all, I have no negatives or downsides too Vegas nails

Mary M Came by for a pedicure. Some Parking at the front, plenty of spaces at the back. Local family business, it wasn’t too busy when we arrived for a quick pedicure. Staff was able to attend to us quickly. There were multiple stations, it could use a little tidying up. They got straight to business, massage chairs with remote control massaging while getting the pedicures. Scrubbed and filed quickly and we were on our way. It was about $30/pedicure (no polish). Typically the massage is longer but this appointment was quick

Jennifer Penaranda I dont leave many reviews but when I feel I can help potential customers save time and money I do. I have been a regular at this place for a few months now and Im surprised I stuck it out this long. I tried this place when a coworker refered it to me after she found out I was driving 2 hours to Miami to get my nails done with my girl of 10+ years before I moved. (I will drive or pay anything when service is great, Im a loyal customer). From the first time I came here the vibe felt off because I wasnt greeted and I didnt even know who my nail tech was. I just went off the reviews to book her. When I finally got my tech Yordanys I explained what I wanted. Mani and Pedi and she delivered I was happy, a plus for me was there was Christian music playing. I thought I found my new home. Now fast forward to the future the customer service slowly started declining. I dont know if it was because I was recurring that she just started getting too comfortable but while my appointment was happening she is constantly on the phone either talking to family or social media and effectively this makes her take longer than needed, its a frequent stopping to do something on the phone. If not on the phone its the gossiping with another coworker about other coworkers. Not a relaxing experience at all. I stuck it out because she did do my pedicure how I liked and thats hard to find... Not to mention everytime I had appointment she wasnt feeling well or had some negative drama going on and seemed to be in a bad mood and in a rush to leave. My services are always for gel mani and regular Pedi. I can write about each individual experience but I dont have the time or space to do so. The straw that broke the camels back was my last appointment. Im traveling this week and I wanted to get my nails done..at first I was just going to do my usual but then the ladies started talking about a chrome effect and I asked her if we could do that with my color she said yes. Midway her doing my nails I asked her if we could take a break for me to use the restroom. When I come back that she starts applying the chrome she sighs loud and ask did you wash your hands? I said yes. She got visibly upset like I was supposed to know not to wash them. Mind you she never told me prior to using the restroom I couldnt do so. I AM NOT A NAIL TECH AND DO NOT KNOW PROCEDURES FOR NAILS. Anyway she finishes and they look beautiful. From the time I leave and get home all I did was drive and the chrome had started peeling. I hadnt even gotten out of the car and texted her with pics. The first thing she asks is why...so she tells me to return mind you she took a while and since shes about 40 mnts from me I had prior commitments and couldnt that day. I told her Id be in later in the week because I had another appointment for other services and would be in earlier so she can fix it. Not so much as an Im sorry or caring response. Fast forward I get my services and now its time to fix these nails she asks another tech to start buffing my nails to take the chrome out to re do it. This girl has not only buffed out the chrome but my skin along with it. The entire time they were blaming me for washing my hands. I ask if she was sure the chrome wasnt going to peel again she said nothing. Fortunately one of the techs heard me and was kind enough to advise me that it was a possibility that it would and it was safest to just repaint them so they could look nice for my trip. When the assistant nail tech tells Yordanys I wanted to get them repainted she again got visibly upset scooted the other girl out of the chair and started re doing my nails angrily. Like if she was doing me a favor or something. My nails look all scraped up right before my trip and she made me feel horrible. Worth mentioning NOT the first time. Find another place because atmosphere matters. She has talent but that doesnt make you entitled to have an arrogant and nasty attitude towards your clients. Ladies you know nails aint cheap. I rather drive 2 hours to Miami every two weeks than come back here.

Odi Brito As a walk-in, I was surprised that I was able to be seen without a long wait time. I was lucky to have been taken care by Betty. She was absolutely professional and super courteous. My nails came out amazing! Super happy with the service will be returning!

Kathleen Gresham This place does amazing acrylics. I asked for a somewhat simple design which turned out beautiful but I am in love with how the actual acrylic itself turned out. I’ve never had nails done so gorgeous! Highly recommend this place!

Natalia Contreras Nirvana Nails Spa has been my go to nails spa for 3 years and I couldn’t be happier to have found my place!! Their work is flawless, they take their time with each client they’re very respectful and make you feel comfortable at all times. Their facility is always clean and beautiful. My nails last 4-5 weeks with no chipping or flaws. The products they use are great. I get compliments on my nails a lot and I send any friends or family their way and they never regret visiting them. Stacy and her team are professionals and know what they’re doing. They definitely specialize in their nail art. Absolutely beautiful!!!

Sheri I have been going to Nirvava Nail Spa for about 5 months now and they are the absolute best! The ladies at Nirvana are perfectionists, i leave in love with my nails every time. My nails were in such terrible condition before going to Nirvana, and now my nails are strong, healthy and beautiful. The atmosphere there is relaxing and friendly and the salon is extremely clean and beautiful.

Mildred Ibarra This review is long overdue, I had to post it because I have to share my experience. I went back in April of this year 2024. I found this nail spa like many of us from IG ads and at first I wanted a whole nail design for my birthday. I communicated by Text with the receptionist so I got the average pricing for nail builder and sent my design of choice. I paid the deposit of $35 to book for the nails and pedi. After I book I finally get a full price of up to $200 just for the nails ! I’ve been out of the nail game in FL . I paid $80 in NYC for French gel builder almond shape in Feb of 2024. So, I cancelled the nail design but kept my pedicure because at this point I will lose my deposit if I didn’t. To get to the point of why I give it 1 star ⭐️ I didn’t appreciate the customer service. The receptionist was not welcoming. She was just doing her job that’s explains it all. This place is very expensive with poor people skills. It may be that I just got the end of day shift so I got the bitter service. Finally when I got my pedicure with Diana G. it was very well done french but the tech got occupied with a personal matter. And I was left with calluses( as seen in the photo ) but sadly I didn’t notice until I got home. I addressed it so I got an appointment to come back. When I arrived I came a few minutes early but again the receptionist just doing her job attitude ( let me ask the manager style) refused to give me someone else available. There was a group of techs sitting out back. Keep in mind It was a late afternoon on a weekday but she said they were all scheduled. The same tech Diana G. ended up servicing me but I was really uncomfortable because they both ( rep and tech) treated me like why am I back ? They were speaking to each other in Spanish like if I didn’t speak the language. I’m Hispanic and I felt the tension. She didn’t soak my feet , she just put some lotion and scrubbed - she said that all she can only do and sadly I left still feeling and see the calluses plus with unresolved feelings of disappointment. I believe I deserve a better quality of service for my return. They need to reevaluate their service quo. Personally after that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience that.

Mayra Montalvan Nirvana Nail Spa was such an amazing experience for me coming all the way from Virginia ❤️ Beba provided the best service for me, this is builder gel on my natural nails! I highly recommend this nail salon, very good and friendly environment all the nail technician are extremely friendly and professional! Suhey Taveras I love Lamour Nails, I have been going to this Salon since it first opened and Hana is the best nail tech for me! I couldnt be happier with the experience! From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly. Sue Anne is the owner and her and her husband is always gives such amazing attention and I have never had to wait to be seen. As far as my experience with Hana, she is incredibly professional and takes the time to understand exactly what I want. I typically opt for something special every visit and she always delivers!! It is evident that Hana is not only skilled but also passionate about her work. The whole experience is relaxing, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the salon, which is always a plus. Hana also does lashes and eyebrows so when I get the full package of services, I leave feeling pampered and feel beautiful and turnheads! I highly recommend Lamour Nails and especially Hana to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated nail technician. I cant wait for my next appointment!

Don’t think twice when choosing Isa for your nails!!

JoyWill75 Kelly was great, attentive and took great care with my nails. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure and after looking at the signs for the prices my total should have been $75. Imagine my surprise when it was time to check out and they told me the cost was $90. I asked what the extra charge was for and I was informed that they charged me to remove the old dip and to cut and shape my nails… I’ve been getting dip powder manicures for years and never has any salon, anywhere, charged me to cut my nails or to remove dip… I’ve had my nails done in Naples, NY, NJ and Virginia and have been never been charged to remove dip or to cut my nails after they’ve grown since the last manicure… needless to say, I will not be returning… Update 3/10/25… thank you for your response but I didn’t comment on your price, I commented on the fact that I was charged to have my nails cut. No one in any salon charges to have nails cut when the consumer is getting a manicure… it’s not like my nails are long, my nails grew about a 1/4 of an inch if that…. And no one charges to remove dip if you are getting a dip powder manicure…. Again, it wasn’t the prices it was the added ons for services that should come with the cost of the manicure.

Anisa Hosein This is a great spot it get your nails done! Last week Renee was super sweet and did a great job on my nails. She took her time and constantly asked if I liked the color, shape, length, etc. Ill definitely be back. Update: still going back! Isabelle has been my go to and shes amazing! Any picture I show her, she replicates on my nails, shes super detailed and does a wonderful job.

(After they told me that the service “starts at $45 and I didn’t get anything special, such a scam) I realized how aggressively the girl was filing down my nails, but she wouldn’t listen when I ask her to be more gentle. One nail broke and the others are on the way. I have VERY strong nails. again, it hasn’t happen to me in years. Will take a very long time and a headache to recover my nails from their damage

FinnaOriginal This place is over-priced for me for the quality service that you receive. I have been to other nail places and they clean the nail before they put the acrylic. I should of stuck to my basic nail spot! I had to tell the nail technician how sloppy my nailed looked after he said it was perfect. He also charged me for another type of pedicure $55 instead of the basic pedicure that I came to get $35. All he did was half of the service I get for a high price. Then he went to assume that I knew the prices already when it was my first time there. I won’t be horrible and give them a 1 star. I will add the pictures and you be the judge. I saw other reviews and apparently is a hit or miss. I went on a Sunday and I should have left when I saw myself and another young lady were the only customers! It’s true walk ins are welcome.

Aviana Cruz I had the absolute worst experience at this salon today. I arrived around 1:15 PM, and what should’ve been a simple mani and pedicure turned into a nightmare. Victor started with my toes. While they weren’t great, I didn’t think much of it because they were just okay—not worth complaining about. However, when it came time to do my nails, everything went downhill fast. I asked for medium to short-length French tips, similar to what I had on my toes. Victor said okay and started working on my nails. But as he began filing, he was so rough that he kept hitting the skin on the sides of my nails, cutting into it repeatedly. It was extremely painful, and despite my discomfort, he kept going. He eventually opened up a painful gash on my finger that started bleeding and still hurts. When I finally saw my nails, I was in shock. They were beyond bad—crooked, uneven lengths, filled with bubbles, and the surface was lumpy. Worse, parts of the nails were already chipping, as if I’d had them on for weeks, even though they were fresh. I was so upset that I left the salon in tears. After leaving, I called the salon and asked to come back to have them soaked off and get a refund. They said sure, so I returned, hoping to resolve the issue. When I got there, Victor denied that anything was wrong with the nails, even though they were visibly terrible. Another technician insisted on fixing them. I repeatedly told her no, that I wanted them removed and a refund, but she wouldn’t stop insisting. After telling her no about 10 times, she kept pushing and finally convinced me to let her fix them with a simple pink gloss. After she finished, we went to check out, and instead of the refund I was promised, she handed me a $20 gift card. Mind you, I had spent $140 on my nails and toes. When I refused the gift card and asked for the refund on my card as originally agreed, she only refunded me $20. At that point, I was exhausted from arguing and just wanted to leave. I ended up leaving the salon around 5:30 PM, after an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I’ll never go back to this salon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and poor quality of service I experienced is completely unacceptable, especially for the price I paid. Please see pictures attached.

TANEYA WILLIAMS Absolutely love this place! The customer service is amazing! Even if they aren’t doing my service, the workers are nice and friendly. They care about their customers and do a great job on all services. Tom is the best in there that I’ve experienced! Offering food and beverages and a huge plus in a beautiful salon parlor. Great place!

Marilyn B Terrible powder manicure. The guy, Tom, did not know what he was doing and wouldn’t listen to me. He argued that my nails were not too long when I specifically told him that I wanted them shorter. He took 2.5 hours to complete a manicure that should never take more than 1-1.5 hours. I told him that there were small bubbles in the application and he said no bubbles. He then applied 2 layers of gel which should not be necessary when the dip powder is applied properly. He actually used polish to make the tips white for the french manicure instead of using dip powder and there is a ridge on each nail. Not to mention he did nothing for my cuticles. I was there yesterday Feb 2 and a day later it is chipping. I’m so disappointed and will never be back and never recommend anyone. This used to be such a great salon.

Jaime Marie Scott I give Quinn 5 stars shes amazing I never had gels that last up to 3 weeks as well as my pedicure and they still look just as nice as the day they were done. I have never had any issues with lifting, breaking and I always get designs with diamonds no issues at all, as well as the entire facility very calm peaceful setting very quiet and everyone here is nice. I get my eyebrows and lip waxed everytime and always perfect. I will never go to any other nail place again accept for Star Nails I give them 5 stars all the way.

Ashlee Wright My grandma and I stopped in to get pedicures and dip. The man who did my pedicure cut my toe so badly it bled the whole time. He then continued to paint over the blood. It was very disturbing considering they use the nail polish for someone else. I then got dip on my nails that last 3 days before chipping. Based on the hygiene and safety issues with the blood I would never visit again.

Angela Carey I went there on 12/13 for a gel mani and a regular pedi. I paid $60 which was not bad. However , by 12/15 my nails started peeling. I called and they were very nice to have it redone on 12/17. Unfortunately, 2 days later the same thing happened. I have never had this happen before. This was my first time there, will not go back.

Helen J There are only 2 good techs here. They use the same tools for everyone. The lady in the front is very good but only did good to fix my friends nails. I actually had the lady in the front and she put such minimal effort. Ugly bulky French. Paid $150 and i had to go home and file /fix all. They look like press ons from CVS. Will not be back

Ray Toronto They did a terrible job feet still had dead skin and my pedicure was only 25 min for 50-60 dollars. They are sloppy with painting nails as well. I vist Miami often so I definitely would not recommend this shop at all because they will have do it. I have a 10 dollar tip. DO NOT GO HERE VERY RUSHED JOB ESPECIALLY IF THEY SEE MORE PEOPLE WAlKING IN. To the owner it doesn’t matter if I posted the correct price your pedicure ranges 45 and up I paid 60 responding and telling me that you don’t have pedicures for 59 dollars is insane. Please comment about a refund. It was definitely your shop

Kirsten Rose I have been here a few times for gel fills on my nails and also pedicures. The atmosphere is pleasant. I love the massage chairs when you’re getting a pedicure. The selection of polishes is enormous and everyone is very nice. Hannah did the best job on my nails today, exactly how I love them! I will definitely be requesting her the next time I go. She is very efficient.

Melissa I can not say enough positive things about Mimi! It is always a very welcoming experience and I look forward to our appointments. She is talented & creative and often helps me find the perfect shape or color of nails or even adding an extra touch of art. She does a quality job and my nails always last a long time without chipping or breaking. She is professional and also is a great person and so easy to talk to. Mimi is the BEST!

L Ledr Pleasant experience getting pedicures for 4 of us, youngest was my 11yr old daughter. Upon entry we were greeted by a nice young lady at front desk who confirmed our reservation and got us settled. The pedi technicians were nice, kind and professional. Two of us got eyebrows waxed (done in separate private room) which was quick, clean and easy going. All Pricing was fair and matched what we saw in prior.

eduard constantin iliescu Stopped by Organic Nail Salon on Sheridan with my father, and we were both pleasantly surprised by how clean and inviting the place is. The atmosphere is great, very relaxing, and the vibe is just perfect. We had a manicure and pedicure done by two incredibly professional women from Vietnam—both were super friendly and did an amazing job! The service was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great nail salon experience!

Melanie Olivero Terrible, appalling, unprofessional, and disappointing. I never write reviews but this place left a sour taste in my mouth. I Got a mani pedi Gel for my birthday and most of them peeled off like stickers within 5hrs!!!!!! Went back to the salon to get a refund and removal for this awful service performed (I did not trust them anymore to fix my nails) unfortunately the manger was on vacation and I paid in cash so the employees refused to help. Allen (the employee talking with me) is disrespectful and does not know one thing about hospitality nor customer service Here is the long story short Description: big guy with glasses. Allen offered $12 refund for the polish, this is a slap in the face after paying $67 + $10 tip for polish and service!!!!! I refused the refund and told Allen to just remove the gel but of course Allen said “I cannot do that for free” I told him “ok I will pay with the refund you give me to remove this gel” Allen said “we cannot do that”, zero explanation, they just didn’t feel like helping, no wonder there salon is never busy because they are not professional nail technicians even though they claim to have years of experience… they desperately need more training and education in the business world.

Fran Thomas First visit, The shop wasnt so clean to begin & service was fast to start. I ask for an American manicure. Im not sure what type of S&S dip i rec. I ask her not to cut my nails however she filed them all the way down she might as well cut them. I was really upset to see my nails in such condition after 5 days. $55. They have the nerve to ask you to tip when paying. I will try another shop. Poor service!

It’s really sad because myself and my family have been going here in and out for a couple years and I always ask myself why I go back every time I go there. They failed to inform you about their products so if you choose a color and the color peels a lot or breaks, they will not inform you until after you get your nails done. For example, I got my nails painted natural for the first time. I was not too knowledgeable when it came to what brands Peel or chip easily. So that being said, of course, as soon as I got home, I was realizing all the And the horrible paint on my nails. I called them back to let them know I was unsatisfied and they told me there was nothing they can do and I can pay for another service. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasing, I will make sure everybody knows to never go to this nail salon ever again. I’m a business owner myself And just because thousands of customers don’t have an issue when you come across that one customer that does have an issue you should fix it Instead of making the issue worse or trying to compare to other customers super unprofessional… just because I have an issue with my nails doesn’t mean the next person will… just Because the other persons nails were perfect, doesn’t mean mine are going to be perfect as well !!!! I’m really disappointed and upset Fact that the owner treated me the way that she did disgusted.

Michelle Lenore Winnie is the best nail artist around. She always keep me looking and feeling beautiful plus she makes me laugh. Good spot to get away from the kids and husband and relax for a while.

Joseline Rodriguez Came here with my mom to get our nails done. We both speak Spanish and I only understand English and a male employee was talking bad about us with a client right in front of us and even pointed at us thinking we don’t understand English. This is very disrespectful and unethical. Every time I come here it is always a problem I want to wait for certain employees and the boss wants to pick who does it for me and when I simply choose not to I get talked about. Not right, since I’m paying I have the right to be able to wait for someone who is going to do it right. I don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

sandra knowles Would not recommend staff was very rude and rough. Staff complained when I expressed that the design I should was not the design they were doing. For that to be my first time it will also definitely be my last. I left the shop with no design on my nails just the acrylic and without my pedicure. 0/10!!!

Shelby Bird I’ve been coming here for about 8 years now. David is the only person that does my nails. The details are always on point. Be prepared to either come before they open or WAIT because this is where the girlies come to get their nails slated. They offer other service such as brows, waxing and the best pedicures.

victoria fiallos Great place my family loves coming here they are very attentive, sometimes there can be a wait, however it is very worth is I got my acrylics done for prom and they were beautiful and only $35 (holographic silver dip). There is only one nail tech that does acrylics but he knows what he is doing. Also, when you get a pedicure its almost like you are at a spa with hot towels and foot massages with lotion.

Katherine Pierre This nail salon should be a staple in the community. Customer service is always the best, David is the best nail tech I have ever had the pleasure of letting do my nails. No matter the style or color he can do it! He’s always so nice and gentle. The prices are affordable too! I live in Miami and make it my business to drive to Guppy Nails, been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Hands down the best nail salon in south Florida!!!

Eurrope E She did a horrible job for one she at first had to start over because of what she did incorrectly then she put three cuts in two toenails so I was grimacing in pain the entire time then the work was bad ugh, would not recommend!!

Louanne garro They were great. We took our 4yr old great granddaughter and they were so patient with her. They did a great pedicure and manicure for both myself and my granddaughter also. Its the first basic manicure that lasted more than a week. I am very happy with the service.

Nique Luvs Ive been to this place multiple time, great service. Make sure you have an appointment. They are usually very busy. Best nail techs are the owner and husband. Everyone else is just ok. Never go late, did that once. Wasnt a pleasant experience, my nail and cuticles came out looking a mess.

Charna Moore I come to this salon every month to have my eyebrows waxed but today was the worst service I’ve ever received. The eyebrow waxing was very rushed and she removed a corner of my eyebrow that shouldn’t have been waxed off. I immediately told the waxing lady and she denied the issue and rushed me out of the waxing room. I went to the front and explained to the manager that she messed up my eyebrows and I didn’t want to tip. He did nothing to resolve and neither of them cared that I wasted $10 to now have to correct my own eyebrows each day. Very disappointed!

alexis marie As a former nail tech, I was thrilled with my first visit to this shop. However, my second experience was disappointing. I was recommended dip powder by the gentleman who provided my service, but it only lasted four days :( I paid 50$ and tipped him 10$ on top of that out of kindness. The service felt rushed, and he came off rude. When my appointment was finished, he told me I could apply my own lotion or oil?????.I had to go home and file my nails myself because of how bulky he did them. I cannot recommend him, though the lady who did my nails was lovely the first time I came here. Unfortunately, I wont be returning to this shop.

Vane M Go if you are on a rush and need fast service. You won’t need an appoinment. However, if you want a “ me” time, relaxing, spa experience don’t go. I used to go and loved it. Now I moved 2 hours away. I was running errands in the area so I decided to have a relaxing time. So I went. The technician didn’t stop talking, in another language with the other employees. They look at people, talk, lough, and it almost feels they talking about customers. May not be the case, but as a business owner I would never be so rude. She didn’t stop talking. It was kind of annoying, and the place doesn’t seem entirely clean either. There is food in counter where clients dry the nails. I won’t go back. The place changed

Sabine Delouche I came in as a walk-in one evening after work, looking to get a quick manicure. The salon was pretty full, but there are many techs so my wait was no longer than 10 minutes or so. Ended up getting a dip manicure, and they helped me pick out a color based off what I was looking for. Im very pleased with how my nails turned out. Its not the most pampering experience, but Id recommend if youre looking for something quick and reliable.

Aliya Gordon I’ve been to this salon three times. I loved my first experience, but each experience since has left much to be desired. The second time the nail tech was a bit rough and not very personable, however my pedicure has lasted a long time (over two weeks). The two star review is mainly for my experience on Saturday, March 2nd. I went in for a gel manicure and I was pleased to see that the first nail tech was going to be taking care of me, but after she prepped my nails to remove the previous gel polish, she passed me on to another tech. This tech was pretty rough when removing the remaining gel polish. I appreciated that he took care shaping my nails, however I felt he rushed through the actual polishing. He didn’t dry my nails properly before starting He polished my nails while leaning to one side, so the polish didn’t go to the edge and I had to ask him twice to fix this. He only did two coats of polish (my previous visits were 3+ coats, depending on color), leaving my nails feeling very weak and flexible. A few hours later after leaving the salon, I noticed that two of my nails’ polish were PEELING. I feel the gel polished was not cured properly. Never in my life have I had a gel manicure peel the same day. I would’ve went back to have them fix it yesterday, but they are closed on Sundays. I don’t think I will be coming back to this salon after this experience.
