Gaby Castillo I was referred to Haute Hair Studio by a very good friend, which is the only reason I initially reached out. From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and made the entire process seamless. During my in-person consultation, I met Amanda, the owner, and that’s when I knew I was in the right place. She is warm, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Sitting down with her made me feel completely comfortable in making this investment in my hair. Having wavy, textured hair, I appreciated her attention to detail and how she ensured everything would blend naturally. When discussing what I wanted, we initially planned to do a Brazilian blowout before the install. However, that step didn’t happen, and due to time constraints, I didn’t want to reverse the process after the fact. That’s really the only thing I wish had been handled differently, but we’re all human—mistakes happen. I’m confident that when I go in for my reinstall, I’ll get it done then, because I’m for sure coming back. For my install, I worked with Skylier, who did an amazing job. I went with 2 rows of 26-inch extensions, and they handled everything—color, cut, and style. The transformation was a big change for me, but the results are absolutely stunning. The experience was also elevated by thoughtful touches, like being provided lunch during the appointment. Today is officially one day after my install, and it is definitely an adjustment since I’ve never had anything like this before. However, Haute provides detailed information in their magazine, which has been super helpful. I also feel confident about reaching out if I have any questions, as the team made it clear they’re available for support. I don’t feel uncomfortable, there’s no pain or pulling, and I’m also not super tender-headed, which was something I wondered about beforehand. What truly impressed me was Amanda’s dedication and drive. Running a business, managing a team, and still delivering top-tier results is no easy task, yet she does it effortlessly. Her leadership sets the tone for the salon, and I hope that same energy continues to be reflected throughout the business. Kindness matters. This was the biggest investment I’ve made in my hair, and I am beyond happy with my decision. I absolutely love my hair and am really glad I went with Amanda’s suggestion. If you’re looking for a female-owned salon that values quality, professionalism, and client satisfaction, I highly recommend Haute Hair Studio.

Sophia Lee First time client here, just came in for a cut and blow dry. Was absolutely amazing Jung was so helpful in scheduling the appointment and Sky was so sweet and kind!! Absolutely amazing cut, she really listened and gave me tips on how to style as well. Salon was beautiful and the products they use are great!! Def recommend 10/10!!!

Teagan Griffin I came in with fried hair that was struggling to hold even box dye color and I left with beautiful dark brown hair. When other salons curl my hair to leave it falls out that night, but at this salon two days later and my curls are still intact and beautiful! Angelina was sweet and funny, she recommended hair care products in my budget and gave me some advice how to take care of it! Amazing staff all very friendly and works together as a team!

Monica Faba I recently got curly hair extensions, and I absolutely love them! The quality of the hair is incredible—soft, bouncy, and blends perfectly with my natural curls. The installation process was seamless, and the stylist made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and they make me feel so confident! Arianna Ortiz I booked a brazilian blowout & haircut with Sky & the entire experience was amazing. Sky is very knowledgeable & super sweet. Although I did book with Sky, I also met Kyndall who was more than welling to jump in & help Sky with my hair once she was done with her client. Both girls were so kind & helped ease my anxiety from trying out a new salon. I booked a full blonding with Sky for the new year & Kyndall expressed she’d be there that day & again would be welling to help Sky if need be. Don’t let the senior client fool you, this Salon specializes in clients of all ages, as I could tell by the clientele entering and leaving, and even I decided to get my haircut there! Who Ville My family gets their haircut here. My mom has been going there for years. She used to have a salon in Temple terrace. But since then she has moved to Busch boulevard. My moms friend my dad and I have joined and having our hair cuts at this facility. Thats very friendly and most of all haircuts are wonderful

Kathy L My husband and I both are clients of Connie and have been for years. My husband has been a client longer than I have. Connie is extremely professional, friendly and talented. She is a great hairstylist. Her shop is always clean and you never have to worry. I would highly recommend Hair Expressions and Connie.

Mark Flynn I am so happy that I found Hair Expressions. I am a single dad who has looked for years for that perfect place to take my daughter for a hair cut and style where we would both be happy. Weve had several firsts at Hair Expressions too. First Balayage. First time coloring over a color (my daughter had to hide pink hair when she got her first job). Auburn Wendover I haven’t had my hair done in years and was super nervous about trusting someone, Jan did an amazing job of putting me at ease right away. She addressed all my concerns and did a fabulous job explaining my options . We decided on highlights and cut and it turned out amazing. I was super impressed with how fast and efficient she was. Already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to be back.

Latoya Johnson By far the best hair salon in New Tampa! If you are someone that has multicultural curls and looking for a hairstylist that can color your hair without damaging your beautiful curls. Then I highly recommend seeing Jan at Studio J! Jan is amazing and such a sweet woman. She took her time working with my curls, her personality and conversations makes you feel as if your best friends, and let me tell you my curls look so defined; I am so in love with my new hair color/highlights. I’ll definitely will continue coming to studio J and booking with Jan.

Jamie Stop looking for a stylist and just go see Jan at Studio J!! She always gives an amazing haircut/color for a reasonable price and she’s so fun to chat with that the time flies by. Her expertise is clear and she really takes the time to understand what your hair goals are. She’ll listen well, but will also be honest with you if what you envision isn’t going to work with your hair or if the daily maintenance isn’t feasible for your lifestyle which I so appreciate! I moved from Tampa over 6 years ago and still book a flight back to see Jan whenever I need my hair done.

Nyrin Naomee TLDR: absolutely loved the results. Skye did an amazing job! Skye transformed my long, black and thick South Asian hair to the perfect pink and orange sunset color. This was a significant lift and yet my hair doesn’t feel as damaged as I’d have expected. Skye worked on my hair all day and made sure I left with exactly the results I wanted. It took two days because on first attempt it looked more like a balayage than an ombré but I went back and she fixed it. That shows their dedication in ensuring customers leave the salon satisfied. She’s very fun to hang with and everyone was friendly. I liked the products used on my hair and purchased a couple before leaving. Thank you for taking such good care of my hair, Skye! I love love love it!!

Lisa Shipley I moved to Tampa 18 months ago and had been going to a different salon that was highly rated but started to realize that cutting layers/blending medium length hair was not a common skill. I also am trying to camouflage my increasing white hair. Enter Tribeca Salon and the magnificent Beth! I called and got an appointment same day (just luck I think!), and Beth transformed me from dark brown to a lovely blonde-brown mix. Her haircut finally got my thick hair in line. Dont hesitate to visit, and choose Beth she is as nice as can be.

Jen Lay This was my first visit to the Station Salon and I booked with Chloe, who recently started her hair journey with the Station. She is absolutely amazing and the sweetest ever!!!! Not to mention she did a fantastic job on my hair!! She makes you feel so comfortable and asked me so many questions about what I wanted out of my appointment. But it honestly felt so much more personal and friendly than going to just a salon for your regular cut/color. Loved everything from beginning to end, and will definitely be back soon. Sydney Shields When I was in the process of scheduling a haircut, I got ghosted by the stylist. I’m not sure what went wrong here but it felt confusing and unprofessional. I really wanted to find a salon I love in Tampa, but I guess I will spend my money elsewhere

Cecilia Moffatt I had gotten a very bad hair cut in April. Had no intentions of going back to that hair stylist so I was referred to Headdress Salon and LIngy. My hair was over layered and they were not done correct. Lingy was able to make my hair 100 times better than what it was. Still have a ways to go but I can honestly say I dont hate my hair anymore. I am very pleased with the cut and will be returning.

Lauren Starace Luis is AMAZING! I found him as I recently relocated to Tampa and needed someone to cut my hair and also do my keratin treatment! He did both within weeks apart and both have been phenomenal! The keratin was perfect. The last time I had it done, it barely worked… this time with Luis, it was perfect and I love the results! I am so picky with my haircuts and he NAILED IT. It looks beautiful. 100/10! This salon is amazing, they all are so nice and friendly. I will definitely keep coming back!

jessica campbell They do henna eyebrow tattoos here! My eyebrows never looked better! Yeah you could go through the pain of microblading once or twice a year but if youre already going to get your nails done every 3 weeks and your eyelashes done every 3 weeks and your hair touched up every 3 weeks.... Why not that eyebrows? Both times did a fantastic job

Rachel Rosato I got highlights done by Cherry in early September and they still look amazing! I called random on a Friday morning and she got me in the same day for my appointment - which was wonderful! The salon is gorgeous as well and very clean! Jackie Wakeley Cherry is a great stylist, she did exactly what I wanted from the cut to my color…she is a wizard let me tell you because she was able to bring life to my hair it was a mess with box color black she had to correct and made absolutely beautiful again!! Joey Ballentine Jennifer, the stylist, I saw was very sweet. This was my last cut and color before my wedding trip, so I splurged with a 7 foil highlight and color. The color did not last long, and Ive never spent so much on my hair. Even the Moroccan Oil is over priced compared to my previous stylist. Ladies reading this should look online for better deals. The expense is my main reason for not returning. Especially considering it wasnt any better quality than another place.

We have been doing partials on my hair and she has been doing such a good job on the color and health of my hair. We also did extensions for the first time and they are seamless! Cj Hi, to preface this review I want to say the ladies taking care of me were nice and in no way am I trying to discredit them personally. I did not want to be rude speaking up about how awful the outcome of my hair was as soon as I saw it, although it was clear I was trying not to tear up. I could see on the employees face they knew they should have been more careful with my hair. Before photos were taken afters were not. $1000+ was paid. I came in with black box dyed hair that had been lightened to ginger 2 months prior. My request was to go lighter from ginger to blonde. Knowing what I know now, to put more bleach on recently bleached hair is absurd. I explained my hair history to them in depth in my consultation. I understand the difficult request, but I had no knowledge about the risks. I came to a professional salon, to people who ARE educated. It is your responsibility to turn down certain requests, be realistic about the outcomes, and care about the integrity of the clients hair. For the price and marketing of this salon I did not expect it to be an "in and out" type of service. I understood bleach would cause some damage, but this is beyond. I believe they were short staffed, it was kind of impersonal and I was left alone alot. I had no color correcting, no test strands, I sat down and they put straight bleach on my head and left it for 40 minutes while attending other clients. After, I had it washed out and I could literally feel the weight of my long ! :) hair falling into the sink. I told them I did not want a trim beyond 4 inches, or nothing at all, if possible prior. They put a toner and a mask in, blow dried it and cut even more off to blend the broken pieces. They said it, "matched my personality" and sent me on my way. The photos im sharing dont do the justice of how broken my hair is now. Its been this way since I left your salon, ive been doing non stop care for it. I brush it lightly and it doesnt fall off in one, it snaps in half. It is incredibly dry and thin. The difference in lengths and split ends is going to make growing it out extremely tedious. Im just very upset guys.. I came to you for a confidence boost during a rough time. Ive been toughing it out waiting to spend more money on extensions and now that I have them it doesnt mask the damage. Its upsetting. To whoevers reading this for expectations - just because a salon looks good on paper does not mean you should put your full trust in them. Be vigilant about your hair, ask questions, ask what theyre doing, read the room. Again, not attacking my stylist personally, just please care about the integrity of the hair over hopeful results. Communication and test strands go a long way.

Christy Lane I have been going to Monaco for some time now and I have never had a bad experience here. Klodjana is my hairstylist/colorist and recently did a color correction on my very fine and thin hair and the results were amazing! I am so happy and I now love how my hair looks. Klodjana listened to me, assessed the condition of my hair and then proceeded with a plan with how to achieve what I was asking for without any damage to my very fragile hair. After achieving the perfect color and highlights, Klodjana then expertly applied three rows of extensions and even though my hair is growing out, the extensions are not showing through at all and my natural hair is staying on good condition and not breaking or falling. To say I am happy with how Klodjana does my hair is an understatement. I have been ecstatic and was rather giddy the last time I left my appointment. I am so thankful to have Klodjanas expertise..she is highly skilled at color, and very conscientious and will be honest and strategic with you about the best plan for your hair! Another plus is that she is very kind, approachable and always professional. The entire staff at Monaco will make you feel welcome and you can relax knowing your hair is in the best of hands.
