S S I FINALLY found my nail place in Miami! This is by far the BEST Russian Manicure in ALL of Miami-Dade county. Quote me and trust me! I searched far and wide and had so many bad experiences before I finally came across Smart Nails. I found the salon from a random google search. The salon had one review from someone who said that she drove from Broward to Miami to find her, and that she followed her from her old nail salon. From the sound of that review, I could tell that person was serious about her Russian Manicure, and had standards that might be similar to mine. I went Smart Nails website, made the appointment from there, and showed up to the salon suite and there was ZERO Issues unlike every other salon. There were no issues scheduling, no moving me around, no making me wait when I got there, no annoying people sitting on top of each other in a big busy salon. Its just me and my angel nail Goddess Zami in her perfectly comfortable and suitable salon suite. She is meticulous and passionate about her craft and it shines through in her work. She is so good she has even been able to get me comfortable with trying different colors and nail shapes after doing the same exact thing for the last 20 years of my life. :-)

Raina Diedrick The staff is friendly and inviting but my issue is actually mostly about the outcome of my service. The first thing I couldnt wrap my head around was being charged for regular polish, $10! I asked for liquid hard gel and they only had clear, Ive been using rose, so I told her, no worries just cover it with polish since it wont match not being informed of the additional charge. But thats whatever. 3 days after my service I lost a nail and day 5 another! It may usually only happen after 4-5 weeks after service with my regular tech. I dont live in the area and I dont have the time to go back for repair but this is ridiculous that after spending $121 my nails, they havent made it a week and Ill have to spend more money to get them done properly.

Anastasia Apa I’ve been coming here over a year and the service us always professional and the location is clean and beautiful. I typically get the Deluxe pedicure and today I got the Ultimate which includes paraffin and a hot stone massage - worth the upgrade - highly recommended! Lorena is the best, a true nail artist who will not let you leave the chair unless her work is perfect. Their hours are also accommodating for the working woman!

Caroline Pilon This is the best nail salon!! Everyone is so friendly, I showed them an inspo photo and my nail technician Aymara created it exactly! I would 100% recommend this nail spa to anyone! I will definitely be coming back!

Sarah Basta Tia is AMAZING! I have been to many nail salons in Miami and never left so happy and eager to return as I did here. I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait. I was immediately sat with Tia and she recommended the Gel X service instead of my usual acrylics and I’m in love with this service. They last longer and look more professional than my usual acrylics. Tia was so sweet, friendly and GENTLE. She went above and beyond ….she didn’t cut my skin and she even specifically applied the Gel X nails to help straighten the look of some on my naturally crooked fingers. 10/10!! I highly recommend Tia and will only be coming to her to have all my services done.

Courtney Mazzola The place is cute and comfortable, staff is nice, and prices are very cheap- but the pedicure was mediocre at best. They don’t do any massage portion and they only did our service one at a time so we had to wait for each other to be done. The end result is honestly- terrible. The polish is lumpy and sloppy. It’s all over my skin and my nails were filed crooked. I will have to remove and re do it myself. Work in photos is less than one day old.

I’ve been going to them for 2 years and the moment I sat down in that chair the first day I was guided the whole way to healthy strong nails. Ashley Fancy Nail Salon is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The service is absolutely amazing, and every time I walk in, it feels like home. Nany is truly a gem – she always knows exactly what I want, and somehow, my nails come out even better than I imagined. What I love most is how much care they put into the health of my nails. My nails have grown more than ever since I started coming here, and they always last a month without chipping or breaking. The team is also super accommodating, always trying to find availability that fits my schedule, even when it’s last minute. I’ve never had such a consistently great experience at any other salon. If you’re looking for top-notch service and beautiful nails that last, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Andrea Sper Mano Nails is my favorite nail salon in Miami. They do such a great job and pay so much attention to my nails. They use Japanese gel and it lasts forever. They also don’t layer up the gel so it’s nice, smooth and thin and does not bubble up at all. Come in with any design or idea and they’ll bring it to life. Cannot recommend enough!

S M This nail studio has been the best experience for me out of all the places I’ve tried. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with good vibes, and warmth from the staff. This is a great place for me to get experimental with nail art, express myself and also get inspo from their experienced nail techs. They do such a clean job and don’t hesitate to explore intricate designs or pull inspiration from literally anything! I’m so glad I found Mano, the design of the space alone is so relaxing and you really get an A1 experience from beginning to end :)

The detailed: Mano is a great nail salon. I started my transition from acrylic to natural nails with them and I have never seen my nails grow like they do now. It only took a few months but the Japanese gel they use and the process of taking it off is a way better process for my nail health then my old ways. Miranda is my nail tech and she is the best. She pays attention to detail, always makes me feel welcome and always delivers what i have in my head. Kim at the front is the sweetest, interactive with the customers and always a welcoming smile. Monique created great vibes with Mano nail salon with the music, aesthetics, and who she has working for her.

Cindy F. I had a great experience at Vanity Nails. The salon was not hard to find and they have a good selection of colors. I booked the same day and they were very nice to accommodate my appointment. My nail tech was Rachel and she was very meticulous and had great attention to detail. She cleaned my cuticles thoroughly and I love how she painted! I’m very particular with my nail techs and she was awesome. My pedicure was great with her as well. 10/10 for Rachel and Vanity Nails.

Allyssa Brown Perfect gel manicure and regular pedicure! The salon is super clean and the nail artist is very efficient and a clear perfectionist. Best salon I’ve tried in Brickell so far (I’ve lived her for a little over two years). She was very gentle and careful with removing my previous gel manicure and I liked that she had uv gloves available to protect your hands when getting gel. I look forward to returning!

Ney Q Mabel is not only the nicest manicurist I’ve ever met, but her work is impeccable, professional, very detailed oriented and patient. She treats my 11 yr old like a princess, she makes her feel the most special girl in the world and I appreciate that. I Super recommend her.

Alan YDR Great nail salon conveniently located in the downtown area. Friendly service. I got my manicure done twice by Gabriela and she’s great! A true perfectionist professional. She also does eyebrows and eyelash treatments. I will definitely return.

Catherine Hopkins Got my nails done last Friday, it’s only the Thursday after. Paid for gel overlay which was extra on top of the gel cost. The nails took an hour and a half and for it to legit lift on every nail and fall off. Also, had to pay $30 for parking next door. Would not recommend! This is ridiculous! I feel I deserve a refund.

Didi Galvan High quality and professionalism! I started going to Coco’s Nails this summer and now I’m obsessed with this place. The whole experience with them has been wonderful. The team has a welcoming spirit and the environment is cheerful. They will make sure I’m always feeling at my best… starting from making appointments on the phone with Ana Maria and Juan (they always accommodate my requests), continuing with complimentary beverages, and of course, the mani and pedi service that Karla provides with a graceful smile and meticulous attention to detail. The temperature is comfortable, the lighting is very appropriate, and the music is happily melodic (I find myself always ‘shazaming’ their playlists). Location is convenient and there is a public parking lot next to the salon (payment required). They offer great prices for the services. So, if you’re looking for the best place in downtown you should def book your next appointment with them!! I highly recommend.

The whole experience was relaxing, and she took her time to ensure everything was flawless. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back. Carolina Amaris Maria is the best manicurist hands down! I have tried everyone in Miami and I will drive out of my way ( 45 minutes ) to Miami Beach just for her. When we first met I had short little nails! Since turning me on to hard gel in addition to gel manicure making my nails long and strong! Highly recommend !! Look for her striking blue eyes and huge smile !

Cara Paul Well walked in for a manicure the lady that greeted me and asked what I would like was absolutely rude. Thats not the worst part she cut me and it would not stop bleeding. Then she proceeded to tell me I had a cut already.. Nope she cut me and it hurt. Never apologized at all.. absolutely awful. Beware.. I paid $27.00 for this manicure. Then asked her for change to tip her this was before the manicure and again was rude told me she had no change i said I need change to TIP YOU.. all of a sudden she had change.

Marie Yoshimizu Quite disappointed with the service I received. First, the communication was an issue. I called to see if they could do the dip nails and regular pedicure at the same time of the appointment because the regular pedicure service was only available later in the morning. They told me to send a text message instead, so I did. But I got the no response for a couple of days. I showed at the salon 8am, the time of my appointment, but one side of the salon was closed, and the other side had a technician but the sign said “closed”. I called 2 numbers listed on google, and at the storefront and let them know I have an appointment. I also sent them a screenshot of my confirmation. Text message from one number said “they were on the way and the other number said “they were already there.” The technician inside the store with “closed” sign waved at me to go to the back. It was very confusing and there was a lot of miscommunication. The service of the technician was pretty rough and was a bit painful for some filing steps. There were not enough colors available for dip nail base or the chrome coating that I asked prior for. The other side of the salon opened and the technician bright some more colors. It wasn’t the color I expected for but close enough. However, it’s only 4 days since I receive the service, and one of the nails is already chipping and peeling off. I liked the chrome color, but the service is poorly done. I do not recommend this place.

My nails look amazing, and I can tell she really takes pride in her work. The atmosphere was relaxing, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Sandeep Wander I just moved to CG from NYC and found this nail salon online. I decided to give them a try and had Conchita do my nails (dipping powder manicure)! She was amazing! She was so precise in cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails! Conchita was very detail oriented and ensured I was loving the work she was doing every step of the way! Will be returning to her again!

Karen Was very impressed after my first manicure here. Chiara did my nails and worked magic. I had broken four nails the day before my appointment and did not think I would have enough time to do the nail art I had booked. She was able to meticulously clean my nails, extend all the broken ones and do the originally booked art had a very high-quality while finishing five minutes early and at a very competitive price. While getting their services they offer coffee and make you feel at home. They have EVERY color you can imagine and can also do designs. I usually like simple colors like this! They have a wide range of options to choose from. Not only the Nail techs are awesome and very detail oriented but they also make the atmosphere feel welcoming and comfortable. Sindy Morales Had a horrible experience at this salon. I wanted a simple set with French tips and was serviced by Jenny, the manicurist who left me with the worst manicure OF MY LIFE. I was cut 5 different times, my nails were different sizes, and she left me with nothing but product and acrylic power on the corners of my fingers and under my nails. To make things worse, when I went back inside to tell her I was dissatisfied with my service and would like it to be fixed she started insulting me and saying I’m “acting like a 5 year old” because “she’s done nails for 20 years and has never had someone dislike her services.” I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Attached are the pictures that show how bad the gunk and residue left on my nails were. All the cuts in the pictures on and around my nails were caused by this manicurist. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I was so disappointed I didn’t even stay to get my pedicure.

Daisy Martinez My experience here was horrible, I had an appointment they didn’t have no one to do my nails so there was a girl that finished with someone she needed to go home and she was forced to do my nails through that time she said no someone else can do them. She kept saying no and no that the other lady will come. I think it was rude and unprofessional, she was doing my feet and as soon as the other lady came in she got up and told the lady to do my nails when she was already doing mine…I still had to pay full price for this inconvenience and on top of that the quality of how my nail came out was horrible was not what I wanted she rushed into doing my hands and feet she only did 1 layer on nail polish on my hands and Cindy had to fix them…these people just wanna take your money and not care about how the workers treat you…I payed 40 hands and 40 feet not even a discount for the inconvenience….not coming back again.

Polina Calderon I came with my friend and one lady took her in and began to do her nails while I had to wait about an hour to get started on mine because there weren’t enough staff, and when she finally took me in, she was rushing my nails the whole time and even messed up the design. I felt very rushed when picking the color so I did not get the color I wished for. These were supposed to be a really cute set for Christmas but it was ruined.

Yailin I’ve been coming here for a few months now & I’m so happy with how my nails come out everytime! If you are looking for a new nail tech I highly recommend Diana! She is absolutely amazing. She’s very talented and detailed. I really enjoy getting my nails done with her, they always come out perfect! She will help you if you can’t decide on a color or design! Evelyn Pina Janet is absolutely amazing. She is very meticulous, my pedicure was amazing. My nails perfection and lasted a long time. I’ve had the pleasure of going to her twice and highly recommend her. Also this location is excellent, plenty of parking and super clean. The front desk is very friendly and much more calmer than the south location. Will only come here now.
