Zander Eyjolfsson Hands down the place to go for a high quality cut around the Lake City area. The atmosphere is great and truly feels like a 5 star experience. I personally get my hair faded on the sides and scissor cut on the top and it is always done just as asked!

Cameron Bainger I went to a wedding at the Blanche around the corner a couple of weeks ago and had to get there a couple of hours early because my wife had to help set things up. I had some time to kill and was going to take a walk when I saw this shop. So I thought that getting a fresh haircut would be a nice surprise for my wife while she was busy. I took a shot and the barber said they don’t take walk-ins (very understandable) but he asked me what the situation was. After I told him, he thought for a second and after I told him my simple haircut, he squeezed me in and gave me a super clean haircut in no time at all. My wife loved it. Awesome shop, I’m happy I ran into it. My haircut is simple, but the guy before me looked like a more complicated job and he left looking super fresh. If you’re in Lake City and need a good barber, this is the place to go.

Asia Vernon If you are looking for a new hairdresser this is the place. She is very attentive, and continues through the process to make sure you are happy with your cut or whatever service you are getting. I have short hair and am always nervous to go to someone new but I have found my go to place. Ashley is amazing at what she does, seriously look no further. You have found the spot.

Jessica McKendree Josephine was so sweet!! I have had a bad experience with a brow tint elsewhere but she did an AMAZING job. I got a lash lift, eyebrow wax, and brow tint. She took her time I did not feel rushed at all! The attention to detail was incredible. I will not being going anywhere else for these services! Super affordable and the atmosphere was so inviting and comforting. Will be recommending to anyone who asks!

Kathy Fleig Fifi got me a next day appt for a color correction, foil highlights and low lights, as well as a cut and style. Best color, foil and haircut I have ever had. Reasonable prices. She is a talker and disorganized, but she knows her stuff - I’ll take that any day to a poor salon service. Very satisfied. I will return if in the area again.

Tami Berry She has been cutting and caring for my hair for a while now. Has a vast knowledge about different hair types and how to cut and style for each. Very upbeat and funny. Takes her time to give each client a personal touch.

Fun guy 3827 Terrible. One of the worst hair cut experiences Ive ever received. I wish I could get my money back. She has no idea how to cut hair or work with curly hair. Not only did I have to make an appointment, I arrived to find the place hard to find. Theres no street signs or even a large sign in its lot. Its a little hole in the wall place. The waiting area is cringe! Its like youre awaiting your final days to get butchered Theres a big wall so you cant see what is going on in there as you sit and wait. So I had to wait 10 minutes despite an appointment? Theres zero staff. Its only her. I thought that was very unprofessional. Besides hearing her loud chattterboxing. I should have walked away. I explained the hair cut I wanted, even showed a photo. It was like deer in the headlights with her. I got this vibe on the phone too. So she says my hair is curly, like its a bad thing. She kept asking when the last time my hair cut was done while she was all over the place chopping my hair and talking. It was too short!!! She chopped off my bangs. She left patches in the back of my head. Patches!!! The top was uncut. No hair gel or styled after either. Poor lighting. She claims shes been cutting for 40 years. I had to listen to a Chatty Cathy doll while it was quiet in there. Most hair dressers will tell you to keep your head forward. Nope! I turned my head while she asked questions and she kept cutting away. My hair was all cut uneven. Then....suddenly it as over and I had to actually ask to see the back of my hair, which her hand shook holding the mirror. I couldnt see anything. She acted she was was in a rush too get me out of there. Then she makes a point to get paid while Im still sitting in my hair cut chair.As if Im going to run off or something. So I opened my wallet while in the haircut chair because shes standing over me hoovering pressuring me to pay. Seriously? Then I get a look of disgust at the money. I had to ask again to verify the hair cut price. I even tipped! Ive never tipped this much for a hair cut only but did anyway. She took my money, made a face then stuffed it in her pocket. Not a thank you, no come back soon, no how do you like you hair? Nothing. She treated me like I needed l to get the hell out of there and said she has has a business call to make. She tried selling me 45 dollar shampoo too. I had to go get my hair cut fixed by some one else. It was butchered with patches and way too short. Like I said she chopped my bangs off saying they were fried then left the top high. Then acted repulsed by my tip. Tipping is a courteously. I dont tip to pay your bills. She is terrible at doing a fade too.

Christine Goad I went to Dana hair therapy on Wednesday January 10th 2024 and she did an amazing job on my hair. She took the steps on how to do my hair so I didnt end up with a messed up haircut from a previous experience. I told her what I wanted done and she did the rest And my haircut is awesome and the color is perfect. She took her time and didnt rush like some of these other walk-in hair salons do. I would definitely recommend her. She does one on ones by appointments only.

Jana Underhill I love the way Dana cuts my hair. She is genuinely gifted at what she does. I also have had color (none of which ended up on my skin btw :)). If you are looking for a stylist that will actually listen and deliver what you want, make an appointment with Dana!

Melissa Ray I came in on my wedding day with no phone call or appointment after having the worst hair and makeup experience somewhere else. Stormy was there packing up on her way out the door when I came in in tears and showed her what I wanted from the other artist and she saw what he had done. She immediately grabbed her stuff and got to work undoing everything the other “artist” did. Stormy did exactly what I wanted and made me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day and I will forever be grateful to these girls for saving the day. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for services and absolutely love the environment here. All the girls were so incredibly sweet and kind and it was such an amazing experience to have and I will definitely be back.

Brittany Flowers I have been all over for handtied extensions and I FINALLY FOUND THE PLACE!! Alissa and her team go out of their way to ensure you get the hair of your dreams all while NOT jeopardizeng the integrity of it either. That is what makes this salon head and shoulders above the rest! I have never been more in love with my hair and the best part is NO ONE can tell not even my closest family that I have extensions!!

Daryl Freeman Keri provided an exceptional spray tan experience. She was personable, maintained a private and comfortable environment, and created a positive atmosphere throughout the session. The results were flawless—no orange tones, harsh lines, or issues with my palms. The tanning solution left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated, not dry, and I particularly appreciated the subtle Caribbean scent, which was far more pleasant than the typical spray tan odor. This is easily the best spray tan I’ve ever had, and to my surprise, it has held up beautifully even after multiple days in the hot tub. The value for the service is unbeatable, and I’ll certainly be returning to Keri in the future. Thank you!
