Roy Hart I found myself in need of an emergency haircut so I would be looking presentable to accompany my beautiful wife to an out of town event this coming week, and Megan worked me into her busy schedule and delivered the best haircut Ive had in several years. I have finally found myself a new stylist that is open more than 2 days per week, and I look forward to Megan cutting my hair for years to come. The shop is beautiful, clean and well organized, and you dont have to take out a loan to afford her services.

Ashley Chiariello North Megan was great. This was my first appointment with her. She listened to me, did a great job on my color (blonde isnt easy) and Im loving my new short cut. Not only does it have lots of movement, but she shaped it really well. Highly recommend!

Chaos Mgmt, LLC I never really know how I want to do my hair but Kaylyn always takes time with me to talk about it. She knows what shes doing and does it well. Making an appointment is as simple as sending a text. The whole experience is welcoming and professional and never a hassle. By far the best salon Ive been to and I have no plans of going anywhere else!

L Amanda and Georgia are an absolute pleasure to go get your hair done by. Their schedules are flexible and accommodating, and they are very skilled at what they do. The salon is clean and bright with plenty of seating and stations. Its kid friendly and theyre willing to work with you on just about anything. I will absolutely be using them for all of my hair care needs

Donna Achille I am a visitor from Pa and staying at Stark koa. I had an appointment with Adrianne to have my nails done. Firstly, everyone in the shop were the friendliest people I had ever met! Very southern hospitality!!! Adrianne was very friendly, professional. From start to finish it was 30 minutes! I had the Gel X done on my nails and to say I love them is an understatement! I am over the moon! Exactly what I wanted! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon. It is really a one stop shop!! Thank you everyone for making me feel welcome!

Supernatural Life I had a pedicure today, it wasn’t this first time I’ve been here and everytime I am impressed and leaving relaxed. I was recommended Makenzie and she did not disappoint! She was attentive and a great listener. This place is such a great place to go when you need to relax. Plus the prices are so reasonable for everything they offer. Ashley Hollgarth My tech was super sweet, as were the other staff I talked to. My appt was only a few minutes behind the schedule. The pictures of my toe nails are only a few hours after getting them done, one toe was not squared and the polish wasnt fully to my cuticles, and a little bumpy on a couple had a few friends already asking if i just actually had got them done. My truck also got hit (and run) in their parking lot, I reached out to the Salon to see if they had cameras and no one has yet to respond/get back to me. So now I have a tore up bumper and not the greatest paint job on my nails either. I was hoping they would reach out with any response as to the camera situation as to why i gave it a couple days before submitting my review.

emilie Wonderful service and atmosphere. The estheticians were personable and caring. I called last minute, but they fit me and my mom’s mani/pedi’s in gracefully. It’s nice to have an easy going salon where you can relax so close!

Next I will try getting my hair done here I will be getting my eyebrows not after my tanning session today they do it all up here with great customer service I would definitely recommend to my family and friends and will be returning myself.

I am extremely pleased and excited to have found a good old style barber I can now go to. I will definitely be back again. The cost was really reasonable as well.

Warren Ware Im new here in starke...over 40 an have been turned around due to appointment an nobody in the shop getting a haircut everyone dont use apps due to fraud etc.. i have 3 boys an since I dont want to do online they will not service me.. really disappointed white people around the corner treated me an my family way better. McClelland TJ “Tinfoil TJ” Used to get my haircut here. Ive had to look into other places over the last year because if they dont see you as a high profit client, they wont set you an appointment, they avoid you. I tried again this past week, got the same run around. Which basically is me looking for an appointment and getting no response. Probably not the best practice for a small town business.

RUSE Cruise Asked for a crop and a tapered fade with some blending. Stylist told me she is not familiar with requested hairstyle. Provided photo example. They shaved everything completely even. Among the worst haircuts I have received. I do not recommend for men’s hair. It was affordable and staff was polite.

Carlton Hickey I have gone here to get my hair cut for a very long time since they were o hair it was always hit or miss, but they were cheap. Over the years I’ve seen some really good stylists there and I’ve seen some pretty bad ones. It was always the roll of the dice unless you made an appointment and requested one you knew. That is difficult for me Mondays are my day off so I just do a walk in around opening and if it doesn’t look right I come back the next Monday. But today really crossed the line I am in general an understanding and patient person, but enough is enough I WILL NEVER BE BACK. It has been a while coming I just can’t take it anymore. Someone there needs to go to business school

Gabby Tamayo I’m highly disappointed, I called to get in for some layers in my extensions to blend smoothly and she did get me in on last minute notice but also rushed the service and my 26” hair is now ruined. The layers are very uneven as you can see in the picture. I just highly recommend turning down a service instead of agreeing to do it if you aren’t capable.

Vonda B Did my research & decided to use this tanning salon to purchase a couple months of tanning to pre tan for coming up spring & to also buy a gift card for a month for an upcoming birthday for a friend. Went on my lunch break. Went to front & back door of business, both closed. Thought maybe they were running late so waited a few minutes, tried to phone several times & got busy signal, wasted my entire lunch hour plus when retuned to work tried calling them off & on for another 1 1/2 hours, busy signal. Called the Chamber of Commerce which is right next door to salon. They said “oh yes, the tanning part closed down & there’s just 1 lady inside who does hair & keeps doors locked & only lets customers in for appointments.” Would’ve been nice had they updated their website or even put a sign on front & back door, maybe even an automated recording on your phone instead of just taking it off the hook. Hope this post saves someone else the time I wasted on my lunch hour. My time is very important to me.
