Nadia Dimova Dont go to Nikki . Poor job . Working cash and accept just cash . Very strange . She destroyed my hair . She do everything just for money . She thinks her behavior is not clear for the clients. Unfortunately I never in my life had so unprofessional attitude like Nikki and so expensive for nothing to destroyed your hair for 170 $ cash . And during the time when she had to work with my hair she called to another two ladies ...because the earnings to be double or triple...and of course she didnt keep time to fix my hair ...I was there she to help me . If I did myself I will cut my hair much better than Nikki for $ 170 . So the people have education we know about money and this private section ...the rating is zero.

Gina Domingo Best beauty supply in town! I’ve waited to try the products, I got a wig and real human hair for my wedding extensions 3 months ago and I’ve iron them, curled them and omg they still like NEW! Also I got all the lashes for my bridesmaids and lasted from 3pm to 5am ! They were so happy and comfortable with them! Aaaaaaand my Argan oil hair products they have them all! the BEST and more affordable prices ever ! I recommend it 100% !

Tia Tice Owner is rude and told me I didnt buy a product from her and I had a receipt. She called the employee to see if she sold me some and claimed the sticker on the product werent from her store. She is a liar. Save your money and go else where.

Shelli Harris Very nice with a broad selection. The owner and family are always very pleasant to is and all other customers when were there. I do however wish that since its a very small store with tight spaces that social distancing could be enforced. Pretty much once 2-3 customers are in the store you are almost on top of each other. Other than that, theyve always had what we needed and practice great customer service.

AlwayzPretti I love this store!!. The owner is great and so is his customer service. They have great quality hair and a variety of wig options. This is definitely the best beauty supply store in the area. Ive been to several stores trying to find a wig that meets my needs. I loved what I found here so much, I was back a week later to buy the same wig even though I didnt need it yet :)

Amazing customer service they great you once you walk in and always try to help you find everything you need. Store is clean organized.

Hunter Smith Love this barber shop. Always ask for Tevin Longo. His attention to detail and the time he puts into his cuts are top notch. I get my fades here and even bring my young sons to Tevin to get cut and he always does 10/10 work. He’s got a lifelong customer here. (Posting pics of my sons before and after)

Adrain Carpenter Was bad at first but as the haircut went on the barber became less focused and started talking to other barbers. Then didn’t cut my hair like I wanted. Even having it being uneven. I’d go again to give it another shot but not with the same barber.

Melba Rosado We see Gabe, and hes great! Very patient and quiet. The place is clean, and everyone does their own thing. Thenguys are super nice my daughter loves coming because they gave her candy! Lol.

Cosmic Kid Best barber shop in the area! I’m bi-racial so my hair is difficult for some places too work with, but they do a good job. Ask for Tevin, he’ll hook you up everytime.

John Smith Very nice and clean setting. Walked right in and got a haircut, beard trim and razor clean up. My barber was Tevin. Highly satisfied. Will return.

Lauren Scherer Completely butchered my sons hair. I specifically said before the cut began "scissor top" and FULLY discussed why, bc of all of his cowlicks. The first thing the girl did was take a #2 clipper across the top of my sons head. My son is 8yrs old and completely embarrassed to even go to school tomorrow. Worst experience ever at a "barber shop"!

D H We had a last minute birthday party to attend in Bartow and had no time to get my hair cut at home. The lady at this barber shop did an amazing job and the owner even offerred to allow me to change for the party in their back room. If youre around Bartow and need a barber, this is the place to go.

Leigh Cassidy (Casssss) I’ve been a loyal Great Clips customer, visiting various locations across the U.S., and have always had experiences that were either great or just okay. However, my recent visits to the Great Clips in Bartow left me with mixed feelings. My first visit was excellent—the stylist was fast, efficient, friendly, and communicative, taking care of all my needs without pressuring me into anything extra. It was a pleasant experience that I expected from Great Clips. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, with three employees who seemed like they hated their jobs. The stylist who cut my hair was particularly negative, making several remarks about my hair that felt unprofessional. She seemed irritated throughout the session and made snarky comments when she encountered difficulties. It felt like she was trying to upsell products without directly saying so, but without the proper training to do it effectively. Getting a haircut can be an intimidating experience, especially when the stylist is inches away with scissors. I usually give stylists the benefit of the doubt and let them do what they’re comfortable with, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. While I still tipped the stylist, I honestly feel she didn’t deserve it. The overall vibe in the shop made it clear that the employees were not happy to be there, which ultimately made me decide that Great Clips is no longer the place for me. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, where my money will be better spent on a professional stylist who values customer service.

Georgia bragg Biggest hair store in Bartow usually have the braiding hair I like. Plus combs with metal tip and little things like that. I dont really get much else from hair stores these days cheaper to get wigs and bundles online.

Sherlonda Anderson Really great customer service and good deals on hair products. Their location is very crowded, but if you ask one of the workers where an item is, they know exactly where the item is located (organized chaos). This also could be because they want to cater to the many customers wants. I would pass many hair stores to come to this one, mostly because of their customer service. They appear more knowledgeable of their items then other hair store owners in Polk County and you leave with a smile on your face and not the feeling of being bamboozled like at other stores in Polk I rather not mention. I would recommend to anyone! Oh... And their specials are great! I bought 3 bundles (18,20,and 22 inches) for $112.

Alicia Mole If I could give zero starts I would! The owner is very sketchy. I went there to purchase some hair and he didn’t have what I wanted and kept trying to sell me everything. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured so I just purchased the hair and left. Ended up going back and they have a no return only exchange policy which is nowhere on the receipt or visible when purchasing. Charged me WAY too much for what was purchased. Total rip of and very unprofessional!

Donna Carter I take my sweet Dad here every time I go to FL. He asked me to take him for a pedicure for his 80th birthday. We have enjoyed doing this together the last 5 years. Good prices and great service!!

Jenell Brown It was my second time experiencing poor customer service with the same nail tech (owner)who I been going to for two years. My last three times there has not been great. Two months ago. I went and ask the nail nail tech to soak off the nails because I wanted a specific color nails. The nail tech was said no. He stated he can paint them with gel polish the color I wanted. I was firm and stated no to the nail tech and explained I want purple acrylic nails only with powder. The nail tech was mad and didn’t talk to me from the rest of the visit. I still tipped him. The next time I just got a fill in from a different nail tech at the same shop. Today I went in for a fill in. I pick a different powder/color nails. I went to cash out and was using two different cards. The owner said "no you can use only one card", again I was firm and responded I will be using two different cards for the service. After paying said "so you didnt even tip"? I was not tipping for rude and unprofessional service. The tip is please treat your customer right and I will gladly give a generous tip!

It’s great to find a consistent place to go where the service is always top notch. Finding a nail salon is hard enough so finding this gem is exactly what I needed!! Definitely recommend!

l_ibra Soul I would give this place four and a half stars but there isnt an option for that so I just chose five. I came in yesterday and got a gel pedicure and the gel was peeling by the time I got home and noticed that I could practically rip the gel off. I called and they told me to come in the morning and they would be happy to fix it. And thats exactly what they did, there was a mix-up with the nail polishes and thats why the gel was easily able to peel off. They redid my toes and I picked a different color this time. Mistakes happen. Im just glad they were able to fix it and didnt give me any trouble about it !

Brooksie Smith Love this nail salon. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Donna is the absolute best with acrylic/ombre that I love. I like my nails oval/rounded and short, and those who like longer and other shapes always look so good. They also do gel, dip, the TAP hybrid, regular polish, and the best pedicures!!! Tina and ‘Fa’ - like the number 4, (his real name is pronounced “Wen”) are wonderful and give great leg/feet massages. Tell them Ms. Brooksie sent you!!

Yessica Saenz Went in to get the best pedicure they have. I ask for design and diamonds on my toes. By the time I got home 3 diamond has came off. By the next day I have no more diamonds ! I paid to have extra so they can fall off after one day!
