Tarrant County College - Southeast Campus - Arlington Brianne Saldana: I’ve never had anything negative to say but today I experienced horrible help from the registrar desk. There was 3 people at the front and one lady with gray hair. The lady with the gray hair helped me since I was dropping a course I needed my photo ID. I went to grab it from my car and came back and she just handed me the paper that showed I dropped and didn’t say a word. I had to ask was that it and she said that’s it. No have a good day and no explaining what was being done. I work in customer service and I know that you shouldn’t have an attitude especially while helping students. I felt so disrespected. Ladies at the business services and financial aid are so sweet though. Tarleton State University - Stephenville Gutierrez Amy: I recently went on an AVID trip to this campus. One, not only does the campus seem less lively than others, but its not as decorative as I thought it would be. The history lessons were great, but if you like driving around your university, TARLETON IS A NO DRIVING CAMPUS! But, overall, good guide and tour. Sam Houston State University - Huntsville Jason Garcia: Alumni of SHSU with a current kid at Sam. 100% commuter school. If you aren’t local don’t bother. No student activities. Dining halls are terrible. The city of Huntsville is shut down Friday through Sunday. Find another place if you want the college experience. Frank Phillips College - Dalhart Samantha Wilson: Quality education in a great refreshing atmosphere. Staff is always so helpful, encouraging, and makes the college experience as an older student so comfortable. Also, in my backyard (almost literally) so thats a plus!
