5 /5 Kelsea Jones: We had our toddler in Promising Futures from when she was 1 to 2.5. She was well cared for and we always felt she was safe. They did turn over staff regularly (as all day cares seem to) but we always liked the teachers and had good interactions. There is always an adjustment period when there is a new face in the room but they were good about helping distract our toddler at drop off to try to make the transition easier.
The classrooms are super spacious and the kids had plenty to do. They did a lot of artwork and activities and spent plenty of time outside.
They use the brightwheel app to log your childs meals and diapers/potty trips/naps. It was also used for communication with the teachers and office staff which was very convenient. We enjoyed getting pictures of our toddler through the app so we could see what she was up to.
