5 /5 Planted Insight: Prairie View produces productive people! Proud Alumni. The bookstore carries shirts, caps, pullovers, etc in case you are alumni/student. Preferred location for voting. Its clean and efficient.

5 /5 Rik Ki: As a PVAMU MBA student, I have classes here regularly, and I love it. Friendly staff, friendly professors, security guards, and plenty of parking. Clean and quiet, great for studying.

HCC - Houston Murphy L: Rude in the most disgusting way. The head of this department, Ms. Virginia has a nasty, dismissive attitude she talks to you like youre unworthy and youre complete garbage and this is over the phone without ever having met you to even be able to judge you as someone she should be talking to like trash. Prospective students calling trying to make a plan to better their lives should proceed with caution because the person in charge of this location seems to lack respect and decency towards strangers. If youre immune to being spoken to in an abusive manner that makes you feel less than, then you may do well dealing with this rude women, but if your family raised you to give respect and seek respect you will be highly offended after dealing with this staff. Its disgusting and disappointing that an educator doesnt have the good sense to know not to talk to students like theyre worthless idiots. My God, one discussion turned into such a disheartening and disturbing experience. Run, find another school or prepare to be offended and angry at how you are treated

HCC - Houston Community College - Katy Campus - Katy Karime Herrera: The staff is nice but not very knowledgeable. Even as a returning student they make everything more complex than it has to be. I would seek help with another campus if possible. I had to fill out my financial aid application three times and still didn’t get to submit it because of the staffs miscommunication and lack of knowledge.

Vernon College Student Center - Vernon Jeremy Stuckey: I use the weight room, wife uses the pool for water aerobics. Both are to notch, equipment is fairly new and up to date. No broken machines, 3 TVs.

Southwest Texas College - Uvalde Cassandra P.: My daughter has had the worst time getting her transcripts sent to her chosen college. What is the purpose in our students taking duel courses if you do not send transcripts in a timely manner, or have someone who can explicitly explain how the process works? They cannot be obtained until after graduation and we’ve been informed they cannot be sent via email? When sending them to the school via postal mail can get them lost in the shuffle. These small town schools and their staff are incredibly disappointing in so many ways.
