It needs a severe amount of social help though. They dont know how to prevent fights, bullying, or harassment. Bullies and bad people dont usually get punished for anything. And still to this day, no wonder everyone is transferring to Zachary, this school truly just sucks. Grace Church Of West Feliciana - St Francisville Louis and Elaine: The Grace Episcopal Church of West Feliciana is a beautiful and historic place. Built in 1827 the Grace church is one of the oldest in the area and traces its roots to the Church of England. The architecture is straight forward but lovely and the interior is tasteful and reverent. This a lovely structure on a beautiful setting.
