Shoutout to Professors Alex, Dakota, Kirsten, Brandon, and Genesis—they each bring so much knowledge, passion, and support to the classroom and support in clinical. Their teaching styles are engaging, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to help us succeed. Highly recommend this campus if you’re looking for quality education and a great support system!

5 /5 Alana Cannon: I’m loving NORTH-WEST College Bakersfield location! I appreciate a clean and organized campus, I like that the campus is not large so there’s not a lot of walking. I’ve enjoyed all of my teachers, Mr. Miranda has been a great and supportive teacher. I appreciate how understanding the teachers here can be! Because not every school has an understanding faculty.

5 /5 Erica Matthews: North west college has a great surgical tech program Mr. Miranda is very passionate on what he does and what he teaches us. It’s fast paced and the school schedule works great with your work schedule. Mr.Miranda takes the time to teach us every step we need to know while we’re doing our mock labs. He always makes the effort to come on campus so we can have a lot of hands on practice and open lab days. He’s knowledgeable and passionate about teaching the surgical tech program. Which made the learning process enjoyable. His teaching style was engaging, and he encouraged participation, making it easier for everyone to grasp the material. Additionally, he was always approachable and willing to help with any questions outside of class. Overall, I felt that his guidance significantly contributed to my understanding and appreciation of the subject. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher.
