Watsonville Childrens Center - Watsonville jazmin favela: I would rate it 0 if I could, my daughter was hurt during school hours & received a fractured arm. They said at the moment it happened they didn’t see how it occurred, when they have 3 adults supervising the children. Once we arrived at the hospital my daughter tells me how another child pushed my daughter and mentioned the child by her name & that’s how she fell. When I brought it the attention of Vanessa, she said she would review the camera’s since it was on the playground. When I asked to see the footage it was already deleted & they had no record of it. I called the state licensing to report my daughters injury’s since nothing was done, since it was a week prior to school ending they didn’t question my daughter until August when she arrived back to school & my daughter was still mentioning the student by name was the one who pushing my daughter. Since the student who pushed my daughter was no longer a student at the school they couldn’t do much. My daughter cried at every drop off, would beg me not to leave her. We finally removed her from the preschool & enrolled her in preschool at an elementary school, & she never cried at drop off’s & actually enjoyed her school. If your child gets hurt during school hours, I would highly recommend contacting state licensing right away the school doesn’t do much. I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone. Hearts and Hands Christian Childcare & Preschool - Watsonville - Watsonville maria zamora: My 3 year old twins have been going to Hearts and Hands preschool for 8 months now. We are so thankful and happy with the care that they are getting. They love everything about school. Their teacher, miss Lucy is wonderful, she is so patient and caring. All the teachers are great. Miss Regina, the director was very understanding of all our needs. They are learning so much at school, their communication and speech have excelled since starting school. If your looking for a preschool that will not only enrich your child in education but also be cared for the way you would care for your loved ones then I would recommend Hearts and Hands preschool.
