My youngest is 2 months old and as much as I was feeling the idea of separation anxiety going back to work and how small he was for him to start.. the infant teachers (Nesrine, Melika, and Candace) there who care for him have done their part to make me feel at ease and comfortable knowing my baby is in great hands. Same goes for my 2 year and 4 year old.. they are adjusting so well than what I expected from them! I thank their teachers for being so patient with them! Tree House Academy is the way to go. Kids Montessori Academy - Richmond Doris Heitcha: My son has been coming to KMA for a while now and never did I receive a complaint about dropping my son with dirty diaper.
Recently he started having some more teeth coming out and has been having some loose motion and frequent BM.
In the morning I change my child and get him ready around 7:20 AM, serve him breakfast and drop him off by 8 AM before work. Lately, the teacher complained that as soon as he comes and sometimes before he gets there he has dirty diaper. I explained her the routine and what has been going on.
Ms Nabila and the morning teacher asked me one time to change him before leaving the daycare.
Today Ms. CHichi and Ms Nabila were really rude to me talking to me about not being able to change my son diaper in the morning besides all my explanations.
As a reminder, YOU ARE NOT DOING ME A FAVOR BY TAKING CARE OF MY CHILD. In over 9 months that my son son is going to this daycare we never have issue of him coming with dirty diaper. As mother and women why cant they work with me during this phase?
MY SON HAVE BEEN COMING HOME WITH DIRTY DIAPER these past week but I never complained because I am aware of his loose motion so why do they have to complain in tge morning.
