Kid City USA - Granbury 2 - Granbury Dennis Randall: I had been bringing my 3 year old daughter there for the last few weeks. Today I picked her up and she had been refused a blanket during nap time and left to shiver. They ignored her need to use the bathroom and wet her pants. They never called me and left her in her wet clothes for several hours. The temperatures have been below freezing. She was ice cold when I picked her up. The staff was not sympathetic at all and did not care when I complained. I immediately enrolled her into another daycare. Do not trust these people with your child. The Learning Ladder - Granbury Jeannylee Morales: This is a great place for kids. The rooms are beautiful and well kept. I would pick up my daughter and she would always look clean and happy. Sometimes she didn’t even want to leave! They do arts & crafts with the kids and are very loving and firm with them. They provide lunch dinner and snacks and everything! I am never going to enroll my kids in another daycare. The Learning Ladder is one of the best! Sparks Music School - Granbury Jay Fellers: Great school. My son is a beginner. A week before school we found out that all the copies of my children’s, immunizations, birth certificates, social security cards they can’t find. Super concerning that someone has misplaced all these crucial documents. Also the children were not fully registered as we were told previously.
We just moved to town. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Answered all our questions and were able to get both our kids registered.
