Mt Zion Learning Center & Christian School - Hazlehurst vennessa roland: My grandson started this year. From the start they acknowledged they may not be the right school for him. He has special needs. The staff were very kind. But he was dismissed after several months because they could not accommodate his needs. It is a small private school. They even dismissed him from the daycare portion because they were afraid he would “hurt the smaller kids” and other parents were complaining. I wanted my child in a Christian atmosphere but it just didn’t work out. If you have kids that are just “perfect” then it’s the school for you. But if your child has special needs it’s not the school for you.
