Went on a field trip with my daughter, we sat in the back and near the front and didn’t not feel any ac blowing or cooling the bus. I was sweating had to use an ice pack and fan my daughter & myself. All the vents were facing downward towards the steps as you got on. It was not facing towards the children seats. Even my daughter was hot
