Hart County Headstart - Hartwell DONNA SWILLING: Parking & pick-up area not convenient for anyone involved along with the 15 minute time span allowed during pick-up. People want to park at the door & in areas not allowed causing traffic/people congestion. Hart County Adult Learning Center - Hartwell Mother Earth: Nice place, and very nice teachers, but just seems to be too laid back. Not enough ambitions. Students need some ambition to keep pushing through this hard time and the school is lacking any enthusiasm to promote you to want to keep going.
