They lack professionalism, there is NEVER A receptionist at the front desk. They never answer the phone or return phone calls or reply to emails. If you have questions or concerns, there is literally no one with customer experience in place to assist you and you cannot depend on any official in charge because they are enabling the staff and never hold anyone accountable. Just pathetic
