5 /5 phillis brown: I joined with Steven’s fitness group about a year and a half ago and I’ve lost and kept off 20 lbs. although I pick up a pound or two some days overall I’ve been able to maintain the loss over this period of time. I’ve always said keeping it off is harder to me than losing it. I’m an older woman and losing seems to get harder. I will say Steven set me on the right track. He is a good motivator and I need the accountability. Steven’s program lets you eat normal food with special attention to getting nutrition and protein. Steven is also the reason I have joined an exercise group that I am enjoying still. I highly recommend Steven’s program. I still need to drop more weight and plan to continue with monitoring myself. If you need a great motivator and a great program to follow, I highly recommend Steven Graham’s fitness program. He is great to work with and you will find a good program to follow. Healthy and safe!
