University of California, Riverside - RiversideMichael Rachid: This is a great university with students from all around the world, very beautiful buildings, gardens and sport facilities. It was a fantastic experience to study there for an year and enjoy such a nice atmosphere. Just be aware that you need a car to travel in weekends, for Riverside itself does not have many attractions, though its a cozy city.
San Diego State University - San DiegoKen D Arnold: Opportunities abound. Its a good place where lots of good people help others get a start on their careers, including me - Im an SDSU alum and spent the last 15 years teaching Electrical and Computer Engineering courses there. Its been a good ride, but its time for me to move on.
University of California San Diego - La JollaZhengbang Yuan: Proud to get my MS and BS in CS here. Food on campus is terrible. Prices are too high. Rents are high. Parking is awful. But I love the faculty and peers. Neither best nor worst memories in life. Moving on.
Cuyamaca College - El CajonPamela S: Joined 10am yoga at the Garden in the gazebo. Wonderful class and outdoors in the beautiful garden.
Alliant International University - San DiegoPatty Fallahee: The Online teacher credentialing program is biased and inequitable with grading practices. The Online platform is difficult to use. Instructions are not always clear and its very difficult to get any help from tech. The error could be in the user, however, because of the lack of communication, it is hard to know where the mistake is happening. They will happily take your money. There are many programs out there, think twice before signing on the dotted line.
University of San Diego - San DiegoRob Reardon: My daughter and I attended a performance of the “Jury Experience.” Overall, it was an enjoyable experience…innovative interaction with the audience that allowed for an engaging evening. The acting was stiff at times, though. And the background music was not coordinated well with the dialogue, sometimes drowning out the actors’ speech.

San Diego Christian College - SanteeKylan: I had some amazing teachers. I had teachers who were flexible and some who were strictly "by the book." I had a teacher presumably forget why he got into teaching and then halfway through a course realize he enjoyed teaching and challenging students constructively. All to be expected at any college. What you wouldnt expect is the administration to be so unorganized, uninformative, uncommunicative, and sometimes irresponsible. The turnover rate is ridiculous as I had 3 or 4 different counselors in 3 years attending. Upon the completion of my degree, I was told to expect my degree to arrive in the mail in 3-6 weeks. After 3 months passed, I needed to call them to remind them. They did promptly send it to me after my phone call but not with my middle name capitalized.
These were just a few of my headaches. The education was good but the headaches after about the first year made finishing truly a mental marathon.
American Heritage University of Southern California - Rancho CucamongaSayed Mohammed: I have graduated from AHUSC and has recently decided to migrate in Canada.
Therefore, I had to submit my official transcript and I informed AHUSC and paid the amount of it.
Also but it has still not reached the destination. Moreover, I kept emailing them and there is no reply.
Since last month which frustrated me very much. Although they did once reach to destination but at 3am which is very annoying that who goes to an office at midnight. I am married and have plans for my family to settle in Canada but due to the uncooperative work from University my migration is getting delayed .
