5 /5 Hyun Jong Kim: I met Dr. Shin for my Ph.D. in 2005. Dr.Shin and I had lots of discussions about Systematic Pain management for 3years. It was like a War until I finished my dissertation. Face to face ! Texts! Calls! Emails ! Days and nights ! We were winners. I was good. Dr.Shin was great!
I really appreciate Dr.Shin(Korean) who has a great mind as a Doctor. I have met many many doctors including my grandfather in South Korea, China, and United States. Dr.Shin has a wonderful mind for both students and patients like my grandfather. I believe mind is more important than knowledges. Dr.Shin has a special mind to take care of patients. I was so impressed. I learned from Harvard Professors for a short period. I was so impressed as well. But I believe Dr.Shins mind was more special to me than Harvard Professors. ALU didnt have a perfect school system like Harvard University. But It was so grateful to meet Dr.Shin in ALU. I really appreciate Dr. Shin. I guess Dr. Shin retired and went back to South Korea. I hope everything is doing great for Dr.Shin and Dr.Shins family.
