Yessi Roni Currently battling an appeal on my grade right now even though I have all the proof, screenshots, and paperwork. This school only hires people that have graduated from this school and if the professors make a mistake with the grading scale they will take it out on the students instead of holding themselves accountable. They will be hearing from my lawyer at this point. I hope this school loses funding. Thank god that screenshots exist and that I have proof.

Luke Mroch While I am only in my second semester here at the Mount, never before in my life have I felt more passionate about what I am learning. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Science for Counseling Psychology, emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Never before have I felt more empowered learning about what I am truly interested in. The time I spend at Doheny campus is relaxing and people are friendly. The highly educated staff members in my major are so friendly and understanding of what it is like to be a graduate student. Especially since many of the staff members are former Mount graduates as well, as they return to build the program to the next level. I feel fortunate I am here at the Mount as it will lead me to become the best possible version of myself I can be.

Joselyne Reyes-Macias I am so grateful I chose to pursue my graduate studies in the Counseling Psychology program here. The program is exceptional, with a comprehensive curriculum and highly knowledgeable, personable, and supportive professors who are deeply committed to student success. They not only provide expert guidance but also create a welcoming and collaborative learning environment. I especially appreciate that the professors are also practicing therapists that share their real world experience. The campus itself is meticulously maintained, offering a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere for students. The food options are both healthy and affordable, with daily vegan options. The application process was straightforward, and both the admissions and financial aid offices were incredibly helpful, personable, and quick to respond. They even go the extra mile to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every member of the campus staff is friendly and approachable, contributing to an overall positive and welcoming experience. I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to attend this school—they truly make graduate school a seamless journey.

Kiran Bhandarkar This is my second quarter at Sierra States University. I was looking for a school to pursue an MBA. The student services at the school were very helpful. They took time to patiently answer all my questions about the course. The application process was also simple and easy and very quick. The university allows for quick enrollment and easy installment payment of tuition. The library has a stock of all required textbooks for reference. They have a huge parking lot and there is always parking for all students. At the school, I have had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Kasem who is a professor at the university. He has tremendous knowledge and my classes with him have been fun and informative. The professors allow for collaborative learning and allow us to express our opinions and learn about the course. The class timings are also very convenient. The assignments provided are relevant and help us gain real world experience. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to pursue an MBA.

Olivia Salas Ive been going to South Baylo University for about ten years and I am so happy with the service and treatments given to me. Went in originally for chronic back pain from a few falls from the past and occupational hazard injuries from being a nurse. I got relief within the first two treatments for the back pain. A couple of years later I got treatment for nerve pain to the left side of my face due to dentist hit nerve with needle when prepping me. The pain was excruciating. That pain subsided a lot after treatment. Bursitis pain that comes and goes with overexertion has been relieved a lot. So though not completely pain free I have much less pain especially if I go regularly. I recommend this clinic to everyone who complains to me of chronic pain.

Scott Dr Charles (DrScottLAnotSoPod) Ive been going for three weekly sessions now and Im very impressed with the facility and the quality of the treatment. I was a long time client of SAMRA University Clinic before they closed, so Im always open to working with interns. Baylo has both masters and doctoral level clinicians under the direction of a supervisor. One thing that I would always encourage clients to do is to TALK to your acupuncturist - really describe in as much detail as possible what is going on with you and what results you want.

Enrico Cecchi I’m now a sophomore directing emphasis and I got to be honest, the school is good. I’ve learned so much only in the first year it’s amazing. I really don’t understand some of these bad reviews but they may have had different experiences than me. Making it in the film industry isn’t about relying on people to do work for you and it isn’t about working by yourself. The school teaches that. Only reason I’m giving it a four is because of the current student atmosphere. It really doesn’t feel like a college campus more like a place where you get information and experience. I can’t explain it well. It just isn’t your typical college campus but for the tuition price compared to other schools and the knowledge learned, it’s worth attending.

Ella Bell How are you going to move locations, have this plan in the making for 2-3 years and only tell your students a few weeks ago. Then only give until the fall for them to transition. Yall could have atleast accommodated your students, or gave them until next year to figure things out. Youre playing with peoples education, money and time. The same students who allow your school to run in the first place. Then your staff has no empathy, rude attitude and behavior towards the students who are trying to figure out this situation. The way you handled this is unprofessional, you run like a low budget, knock off preschool

Ray LR I had some great professors here. While the MSOT program was hard, they taught me how to be a generalist OT which gave me the knowledge to understand what OT does as a whole instead of focusing on specific parts of our practice. I would suggest this type of education/ training to anyone who wants to be a "jack of all trades" because I think OT is more than just one thing. Its a professional practice that is holistic and has its roots in both the mental and physical side of rehabilitation and functional performance. They had some of the greatest professors who knew how to teach in a way for everyone to understand the complexity of the OT profession. I would highly recommend this place if Dr. Bullock and Dr. Ang still teach there.

David Schaffer Seeing that they have been getting rain in Los Angeles the last few days, I am reminded of a situation that developed here during this previous spring semester, when one of my kids attended. When we took them to the school in January, it was during the atmospheric rivers that were deluding the city. Like many buildings in SoCal, this one has a partial outdoor exposure, which can cause problems during times of heavy rain. There was water buildup in the hallway that accesses the residential units while we were moving in. I wouldnt call it flooding, but it was at least puddling, and an inconvenience while moving in. I figured rain that heavy was so unusual it wouldnt be a persistent problem, but it turned out even heavier rain was yet to come. My kid reported that water buildup was an issue through much of the semester, and I reported it to the L.A. facility first, then later to the main campus in Boston. I did get a response after contacting Boston, coming from the L.A. facility, telling me that they would be addressing the problem. I hope this review will help keep the issue in front of them. Heavy rains are infrequent in L.A. but they are not unheard of. I would not expect Emerson L.A. to keep snow clearing equipment readily on hand, but they need to install some drainage, or at least to have water removal equipment on site to deal with periods of heavy rain. The 3 rating is not indicative of my kids overall education experience at Emerson: based on their performance and level of fulfillment, I would have to rate that a 5. I will add that the security and maintenance staff at this place could have been more "customer oriented" toward the students families, based on my experience, but my main concern for future students here is that they are able to get to and from their living quarters safely. UPDATE: Just a few days after I wrote this review, Hurricane/TropStorm Hillary came barreling in and dropped the most rain yet this year! Its going to be 3+ inches within 24 hours. I recommend anyone who is on premise at Emerson L.A. at this time to check the entrance to the residential hallway, right beside the security desk.

Room for our meeting was great, sound system & audio visual setup top notch. Lots of parking, including bicycle and they have lots of security (which is much needed in Hollywood with our current state of affairs). Unique building/architecture.

Benjamin Theisen (UPDATED after completing doctoral coursework) My experience has been outstanding. This is a five-star institution, through and through. After completing my PhD coursework here, I can say this school really did deliver on promises and I feel lucky to have been part of this program. Our classes have top notch professionals from Southern California and various major US cities who fly in for the executive format, on-ground business psychology doctoral program. Faculty have been top caliber for the area, coming from academia and professional practice. I leave classes inspired and energized. I entered with my MBA and 10 years in my field. This is a program for people with work experience. It is not for folks who want school directly from undergrad with an internship, although they accommodate that with various masters programs. This program has been one of the strongest positive forces for me life. I matured so much, professionally and psychologically. If I could go back in time to choose where to do my doctoral coursework, or whether to pursue doctoral studies at all, I would stay at Chicago School in LA to do it all the same way. The big question for me was whether to focus on research or practice, since I already had work experience and could decide how big of a pivot the doctorate would be. Students from this program go into academia and industry. This school is really big on diversity, service, community, and academics. I went to a big school for undergraduate work. Between all the different departments, people, and majors, it was easy to lose myself. Chicago School is focused, so here, it was easy to find myself.

Dominique Bryant One of the best decisions I ever made in my academic career. Faculty members,at least most that I have met and had as professors, are educated, supportive, tense, and knowledgeable within their fields. Many of the professors own their private practices and work independently outside of the school. Students are challenged and they will not be baby because it will not work and they better hope to not get kicked out of here.

Adam My Wife goes here and it is possibly the most frustrating thing for me to watch... This school is honestly a huge scam. I really dont know how else to put it. They will charge you INSANE amounts of money for these classes (well over 200K for the Masters program after interest) and you "professors" are in the PHD program. what is that? I am not saying that they have some legit teachers and a few students teaching, I am saying that nearly ALL of the teachers are students. Let me be very clear about this, the teachers are HORRIBLE. The faculty is HORRIBLE. We just found out today that they didnt report to my Wifes FedLoan for our students loans that she was still enrolled and taking classes. What this means is, now FedLoans thinks that we are no longer in school, and that our loan is no longer differed. When she emailed the school faculty, they said this was HER responsibility.... are you kidding me? so we pay 60K per year before taxes for you to have students teach classes for $10 an hour... NOT submit proper paperwork to FedLoans and have absolutely zero leadership at the helm... When my Wife attended a "town hall" meeting with the Dean of the CA campuses, she asked when all of the grandiose things that were promised in admissions would be taking place... such as observation rooms on campus, real life experiences etc etc, and what did the Dean tell her? he said "if you would like to see these things happen, than you should initiate them yourself and start them up yourself".... really? THAT is your answer to the student that is paying TOP dollar to go to this school? oh, and we just found out today thru some super vague email, that the Dean stepped down.... Please, trust this frustrated husband, DO NOT go to this school... I am a smart person... seriously TRUST ME...

Ryan Hernandez I cannot recommend this school, the contract is always changing, they are not accomodating at all.. I don’t want to say it’s a filipino thing but it definitely is.. if you are not filipino they will treat you very different. During this time resources were not easy to come by. Testing rules and days were always changed. The school did not have answers for many of the students had about resources, tutoring, etc. Even if they had our payments for tuition. no new.. supplies were introduced? Parking is also very expensive here. For the most part you will also be teaching yourselves.. Goodluck to all who still choose to apply here. I feel like this school only has a good graduation rate because students end up teaching themselves when it comes to the nclex..

Caezar Ortiaga Attending Marian College has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my journey to becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The school provides a well-structured program that combines comprehensive coursework with hands-on clinical training, ensuring that students are fully prepared for real-world nursing challenges. The faculty at Marian College are experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their students’ success. They offer continuous support, guidance, and encouragement, making even the most challenging aspects of the program manageable. The small class sizes allow for personalized attention, which greatly enhances the learning experience. Marian College also offers great resources for NCLEX preparation, ensuring that graduates are ready to pass the exam and start their careers. Thanks to Marian College, I feel well-prepared to enter the healthcare field as an LVN. If you’re looking for a supportive, high-quality nursing program that will help you achieve your dreams, I highly recommend Marian College!

Alisha Turner Ive seen multiple sources share that this college is censoring their Pro-Palestinian students and infringing upon their American freedom of speech (though protecting freedom of speech for Zionists) as well as restricting the right to protest (distinctly for Pro-Palestine). Removing Asna Tabassum for "security" when the university has not brought evidence to show she is a security threat, instead of removing Zionists pushing for her removal for her non-violent Muslim views is absolutely unacceptable. I hope this university is brought up on charges for discrimination, corruption, and the infringement on rights or veterans have fought and died for!
