Peach Just got off the phone with someone who seemed slightly rude and also who is NOT A COUNSELOR but spoke on the behalf of a counselor. I WAS SUPPOSED TO START MY CLASSEES JUST TO BE TOLD I CANNOT DO ALL ONLINE CLASSES ...FALSE ADVERTISING AND HONESTLY THIS WAS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Just dont go here there are so many other schools to go to.

M Mrt If youre currently enrolled in the high school program, I highly recommend exploring alternatives such as Cypress or Fullerton. Many students have had negative experiences with 3 staff members—Lily, Angela , and Gypsy—whose behavior has been consistently unprofessional and inappropriate. In particular, students have reported feeling the need to rely on one another for assistance just to avoid interactions with Lily, whose conduct has been vulgar and tyrannical. Lily, Angela, and Gypsy have spoken to students in a demeaning manner, often going out of their way to belittle and discourage them. These concerns have been brought to the attention of their superiors; however, it appears that the issues have been largely ignored or dismissed. It is deeply concerning that individuals who create such a hostile environment continue to represent the program. Every student deserves to feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed. Until meaningful change is made, it’s vital to raise our voices, hold institutions accountable, and protect the integrity of our learning environments. If you have experienced mistreatment, do not stay silent. Speak up. No student should be subjected to this kind of behavior, No student should have to jeopardize their academic success, and no institution should tolerate staff who undermine the respect and well-being of those they serve.

Claudia Flores I definitely have to say that I love the teachers here. However, front desk and security guards are rude!!!! They make you feel very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It got to the point I felt harassed by the young man sitting in the front desk and one of the security guards who has sleeve tattoos. When I asked for their names to file a complaint, they refused to do so. Sadly, I still have to attend here to finish up what I have to and go here having to feel uncomfortable.

Claudia Flores Since my last review got removed….I will repost! I was attending here for sometime before I was harassed by the front desk personnel & security guard. To be specific, it was a Hispanic male and an African-American lady in blue scrubs, and the security guard was one who is a little heavy set with sleeve tattoos. The Hispanic male, was intentionally harassing me. After asking for their names to report them, they refused to give me their names. They will make you feel uncomfortable to the point of no return. However, I requested for their supervisors information, whom I did call right at that moment and received a call back until 2 weeks later.

Laurence Dgreat Been coming here for the last 3 years for my kid. The only problem I seem to noticed is that some ceiling are leaking water and no one ever fixed it. What a shamed and need security because there is so many bomb threat....

Charles Beltran Staff and Instructors are great. There is always extra help tutoring available and Instructors always offer extra time if help needed. My experience with SCIT was great and challenging. I took a 8 month course with General Electric. SCIT Career services guided me on a career hunt and landed on a job at 20.00 per hour. At the age of 47 I finally did something right with my life. Like the old saying......."Its never too late for school". I strongly recommend this campus at Southern California Institute of Technology.

Mark Beasley I am a recent graduate of Southern California Institute of Technology with a bachelors degree in electrical engineering. I would like to let prospective students know that this school outranks any other school of its caliber. There are many great things about this school that i will share with you. First off, if you are just doing the Electricians Program, you will attain and retain more knowledge in seven months than any other program out there. The Instructors are full of knowledge in their field and will guide you to make yourself successful. If you are planning on going further with your career, then the bachelor program is for you. It is a high paced learning environment. You will have to put forth the work in order to achieve success. The professors are of the of the highest caliber, and will challenge you to be the best that you can be. The small class size ensures that you can approach the professors with questions. This is one of the best qualities of the school. If you are having difficulty with the material that is presented, there is free tutoring available for almost every class. This is one on one tutoring that is held by work study students that have already passed the class, and will help you achieve your best. The support staff is willing and able to help you with your path through this time is school. Best of all, once you graduate they have a placement staff that truly helps you find employment in your field. I welcome anyone who is willing to better themselves to take a look at this school and see if it fits their needs.

Chey Cummins Usually when people put one star they either never been to the school or taking the classes or spoke with the teachers. Ive attended their electrician course and in a few months Ill be done. They have excellent job placement have already been interviewed for four jobs in my area. I would recommend the school for any one that is looking to become an electrician. I have checked all the schools throughout the country this one was the best one in California

Kristine I lived here December 2016 to April 2017. I travel for work so I only needed a place for a short time. I still have not received my pet deposit back. I have a 5 yr old Yorkie so its not like he tore up the place. I called and emailed. Left multiple messages and I still have not received my $500 dollar pet deposit. Im sure if I had owed them money they wouldve had no problem contacting me. Guest parking is a joke. They expect you to get a parking pass before the office closes each day your guest stays. Security does not issue parking passes. So If you decide to have a guest stay the night after the office closes they better find parking on the street. Parking on the street is available a few blocks over. Even though there is plenty of open parking on the roof top. The gentleman I rented the apartment from was very nice. I believe is name was Aaron King. Very professional gentleman. Some of the other staff are very unprofessional. They see you are waiting for help and will ignore you and keep talking in their office. There is literally dog poop everywhere. Its like people think its okay not to pick up after your animal. Im sure the grounds staff doesnt want to pick it up either but its pretty disgusting.

Jenny If you are a Chapman University student, dont live here, its like being a commuter student (20 minutes) and the shuttle is unreliable. My friends felt I was too far for them to visit so they never visited even though my 1-bedroom place was big and beautiful. The building is very quiet so its incredibly lonely, no one is in the hallways, no one is around, no one hangs out in the lounge. Beautiful apartments but all wrong for a college student. The security is questionable, as the door from the parking garage to the rooms has no card key. I felt like I could be attacked and scream and no one would be around to hear. Dont make the same mistake that I did by choosing to live at Chapman Grand, go closer to campus.

Traveler Nice apartment complex owned by Chapman university. Very new families. Has gym and swimming pools inside. Chapman shuttle runs every 20 min. very convenient. Gated parking...very secured. Nice management.

Thu Nguyen I recently had the pleasure of attending Stanton University and I can confidently say that it was one of the best educational experiences I have ever had. From the moment I stepped on campus, I was struck by the welcoming and inclusive environment. The faculty and staff were incredibly supportive, always willing to offer guidance and mentorship. The academic programs at Stanton University are top-notch, offering a wide range of courses and majors that cater to a diverse student body. The professors are experts in their fields and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with their students. I particularly appreciated the hands-on approach to learning, with ample opportunities for experiential education and real-world applications of classroom concepts. Overall, I cannot recommend Stanton University highly enough. It is truly a world-class institution that prepares its students for success in whatever field they choose to pursue.

Mahlon Gaston I couldn’t do the mean girl clicks and drama. The lvn program is stressful itself, and don’t get on the lvn director bad side she will try her best to get you out the program. Mr. Lee was dope, and Dr. Emamy was easy.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of the extra tutoring opportunities provided.These resources, combined with the back up strengths of the Anaheim campus. Have truly set high standards in the Vocational Nursing Program.

Veronica Crutchfield Paid almost $20,000 for a certificate in Medical assisting, that I’m not even utilizing!! They placed me in a chiropractor’s office for my externship.. Where I wasn’t able to do injections, blood draws… and other things we were taught. I barely did vitals!! Total waste of my time!! Graduated with honors and worked my butt off for nothing!! Later I talk to other people I went to school with and they said the same thing happen to them! The only good thing I can say about ACC is they were very good at teaching all things that are needed to learn! But if I could do it over I wouldn’t that’s for sure!!

G P Great place to get acupuncture, first session is free,then $20-$30 every session, I highly recommend them,theres enough parking space,and I highly recommend you make an appointment, that way theres no waiting.

Leila Dablan My daughter is completing her BSN in nursing at West Coast University. Not only is this accelerated program extremely expensive, the campus director and Dean are very unhelpful and unfair! My daughter has not missed one day of class nor has she ever been late regardless of her being sick the circumstances of her, losing her grandmother and so forth, she has made every single class without any excuse. She missed one class and took accountability for setting her alarm incorrectly instead of setting it for an a.m. time it was set for p.m.. She has emailed her professor right away to make her aware of why she missed class and her professor responded back via email stating to reach out to a classmate to retrieve the notes and upload the assignment which my daughter immediate did. We have everything in writing, 2 days later the campus director has reached out to my daughter cold heartedly to advise that there is no exceptions made, but to drop her class and clinicals Meaning she will have to retake this course after the fact which will delay her graduation for 10 weeks. As far as the professors are concerned, and the staff that work in Financial Aid, they are wonderful, but there are certain people within West Coast that are extremely careless and will not allow you to speak or ask questions. The Dean asked me why I was calling on behalf of my daughter as my daughter is an adults and can speak for herself. The reason why I called was because they wouldn’t hear my daughter out and didn’t care to listen. I will make sure that I put a review in every single outlet that allows me to so that I could warn the students and the parents of what they will go through at West Coast University. The campus director and Dean are unhelpful they un motivate the kids by trier extremely strict rules. They will drop you for missing one class regardless of the reasoning. You can lose a family member or be sick and they will advise you that you cannot miss class. Very unreasonable! Ive asked them to outline the guidelines in the handbook to show me online, which has no merit to their argument and they have failed . I am seeking legal advice because this is unacceptable and I feel that if we continue to stay quiet, it would only get worse for the next student . I hope West Coast cares about the reputation and takes matters into their own hands and corrects the situation. If not, I will make sure that I do all I can do to make sure that I am heard. . Shame on the campus director for the poor communication and the way of communicating to the student and the parent. I am seeking legal advice.

Alan Zaim Please be careful with this school. This is a for-profit school as they are in for the money. It is not a bad option to attend this school and in fact this is a good school as a for-profit education. Only attend this school as a last resort if you applied to nursing schools 5, 6, or 7 times never got accepted to a state school. I understand that state schools are competitive, but give it a shot first, or go for other private non profit universities. Sometimes you are better off going for an associates instead. This for profit school has the best accredation system compared to other school as other schools accredation system is rebust. The stress and burnout is higher at this school because they easily fail you out. Student well-being is also not a priority at this school. The NCLEX pass rates are low and their drop out rate is high due to easily failing you out. Employment rates are also not that great. I am bring this up as to help people make better choices when chosing a nursing school. For the students attending this school, keep on going and finish your degree. I am not saying the students over there are weak. They all have unique background and they will be great nurses. I know many great nurses who went to this school, while some nurses who went to UCLA are not the greatest.
