Marlene Fernandez Never open when they are supposed to be. Raises the prices every year and for what? Repeat course work, demand you still complete the $40,000 a year classes even though you already took that class. Some of their classes do not transfer to a UC so you have to pay twice as much to attend another college and take the same exact subject again. Campus says its open at 8, more like 8:30. And you can forget about hospitality, if your not enrolled and are attending for a different reason, the front desk clerk will give you an attitude to remember.

Cherina Neri This place has been a horrible experience from enrollment. Staff was unclear and not informative. There is no sense of care for their students success. Not only that but they did not go over financial expectations before telling you what courses to register for and when. I was not informed of being unable to qualify for the student loans I applied for, in fact I was told that I would be covered. It was not until I was hit with an 8,000 bill that I pushed for answers. Even then it was too late to drop and receive a refund for courses I could not pay for. My petition to drop was denied and I am now left with this financial burden. On top of that, SPEC 600 is a complete waist of time and money as there is not much taught from that course. While enrolled for a mentor in SPEC 689 I was not contacted by anyone for over a month and had to petition to get a refund for that course. Communication with staff and appropriate advisers when needed is very hard to come by. I would never recommend this school to anyone!!

Mari_Mar I’m glad i finally decided to get my degree and FPU seemed like the right fit. My initial advisor was very helpful, however changes were made and there was a lot of confusion with little information regarding the next steps with the new one. I had to reach out to financial advisor to ask about what loans I could qualify for or if any aid was available, very confusing for a while.
