James Rahm Called to get a quote on replacing my brake pads and rotors for 2018 Audi Q7. Price was in line with another local independent shop but liked the reviews with Francisco’s so went with them. I also asked them to look at the engine mounts and bushing as Fletcher Jones Audi told me I should replace them. Francisco called me an hour later and said the bushings and mounts looked good so no need to replace. Now that’s when you know you have an honest man. They have earned my future business.

Mike is an extremely experienced mechanic but even more gratefully a good man/neighbor. Our car always leaves fixed with no returning issue. I recommend him to all my friends/family!

paula snyder Over all very satisfied with the service. I was fortunate enough to get a Saturday drop off appointment. Got an oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation. i added an additional service for my air conditioning unit. In at 8:30 back to my garage a bit after 1 pm. I did take advantage of their free coffee and courtesy shuttle. Efficient and knowledgeable young woman at the front desk.

Jake Benjamin I have known Tom for years and he always does great work. I had my E55 in the other day and Tom made sure my car left in way better shape than Ilit came in. I ordered an aftermarket looped fuel rail and Tom was able to go get his thing dialed just right. He also went a step beyond and reset the transmission shifting adaptations for me since I mentioned in passing I thought it shifted a little funky. After the reset the car runs amazing and there was no charge for the computer scan. So awesome!
