Cleopatra Anne They always do a great job! They are very careful and the gel manicures last a long time. They dont rush which I love because they always get my nail shape right. I highly recommend this place.
1 /5 Lyndsie: I’ve been here several times because it’s convenient for me, but I just can’t come back anymore. My nails end up looking pretty, but they are always SO RUSHED which leads to low quality work at times. Today, they cut me twice (I know it happens sometimes) but there was no apology at all, and I feel like that’s the least they could have done. In addition, they do NOT follow basic health safety protocols that are in the best interest of everyone. They’ve constantly grabbed items from bins labeled “soiled” (yes, it’s happened multiple times that I’ve been; every time except once actually), and their establishment is not kept to a high cleanliness standard. The floors are always really dirty, and so are the counters. I gave this business multiple chances because of convenience and because I know that mistakes happen, or I thought maybe it was just one or two people grabbing from soiled containers, but it seems to be almost everyone.
I love supporting small businesses, so I hate to leave this review, but I had to be honest so others can hear my experience and observations while making their choice of where to get their nails done. Hopefully the owner can read this honest review and implement some new employee trainings/protocols.
