Taylor Kline I had an incredible experience with the labor and delivery team, and I cant thank them enough for their care and support throughout the process. My nurse, Lexie, was absolutely outstanding. She brought such great energy to the room and made me feel at ease every step of the way. She was attentive, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my comfort, which made a huge difference during such an intense time. Dr. Tow, my delivery OB, was also amazing. From start to finish, Dr. Tow was professional, reassuring, and took excellent care of me. I truly appreciate how focused they were on ensuring everything went smoothly, including making sure I didn’t tear during delivery. Their expertise and care made me feel safe and well-cared for throughout the whole experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to the other nurses who were with me during active labor. Though I didn’t catch their names, their energy and encouragement were so uplifting. They were right there, cheering me on and supporting me through each contraction, and I honestly can’t express enough how much it meant to have their positive energy in the room. I am so grateful to the whole team for making such an important moment in my life feel as calm and positive as possible. Thank you for everything!

Betty Cunningham This hospital is wonderful! My boyfriend has had 2 very tricky surgeries there and did great!! I go there for every kind of test you can think of, and they are so good and cheerful when in testing.

Maura Grant I came in without an appointment on Saturday, due to dizziness and experiencing vertigo. They were very caring and were able to see me within just a few minutes. After seeing the doctor, and thinking I had something in my ear, I was diagnosed with Vertigo. Dr. Laura Keller performed and showed me an exercise to do at home for the next several days. After she performed these exercises I felt much better. She spent a lot of time explaining the causes, cures, and future issues I should be aware of. I felt very cared for. They were all very professional, and accommodating. This is not my first visit to James Dalton Medical Center. Living in our rural area, I feel secure and confident I can get the care needed having this facility and their staff close by. Thank you all for your compassion, understanding and treatment. Karen Im not too sure why this place has a less than perfect rating. I have always had great care here and not usually a long wait time. I actually prefer this urgent care over ANY other urgent care in Merced county. I have been here for a wide range of medical issues, from being sick to having stitches in my leg, they are always great here! IMO.

Cynthia Hamilton Dr. GONZALES is a great doctor. He takes the time to talk and explain everything. During my surgery he noticed the mesh I had place 8 years ago "umbilical hernia " was dislodged. He then repaired the damage during surgery. He thought everything through and performed and sealed using a technique with minimal scaring. Thank you form being my doctor.

Rose Ive been a patient at the clinic for about a year now. The staff has always been so kind and helpful! If you have an issue with anything involving your care, the staff will bend over backwards to make sure youre taken care of. The facility itself is clean and very professional. The one thing I dont like (not against the staff at all) is that theres no ob/gyn providers in the clinic and the VA will only provide one kind of birth control to all female veterans. As in, one formulation of the birth control pill. No other kinds of birth control pills, no IUDs, no patches, no nuva rings, no birth control shots. The VA Healthcare system isnt set up to serve female veterans, period.

Camden Tucker Some staff are better than others but the majority are negligent, do not take concerns seriously and will discharge you after giving minimal care. I went to the Emergency room multiple times for having incredibly painful and inflamed tonsils to the point of difficulty breathing and swallowing, yet i was told to take OTC pain meds, and had to insist to be given fluids and antibiotics. Even the care I insisted on getting was incredibly slow and inadequate, i mostly laid in a hospital bed in misery and pain until i left against medical advisory to receive better care at a different hospital
