Claudia Johnson I needed my nails done badly let me just say Im used to going to just my girl but I was far away from her and I could not wait to see her. I went to Otay nails from reading a review and Im definitely NOT disappointed.. I had an appt and didnt wait too long for them to help me out.. Megan did my full set and I love them .. unfortunately I did not get the name of the young lady that did my feet but she did an amazing job I would definitely recommend this nail shop my only wish is that I lived closer to the shop.

Claudia Gonzalez It’s hard to find a nail place that take you in as a walk in where you don’t have to wait long I love how they do your nails and pedicure at the same time the environment is so calm an relaxing very clean friendly staff an plus they do so well on my nails they are all so nice thank you daisy ivy holly and all the other lovely ladies plus they give you drinks very well recommend

Yadi Yess Ruby was excellent, friendly, funny and did an amazing job. I highly recommend that you stop by. Very friendly group of ladies. I got a mani/pedi and felt so relaxed. The massage chair were awesome and the foot massage was great. I’d definitely go back again. I accidentally bumped one of my freshly painted nail and Ruby was so kind fixed it.

Airra Cruz My 2-week old nails still looks good (except for that chip that was caused by chores lol). And left hand looks better because its my non dominant hand lol. It was my first time going and the service was very quick - under an hour for gel manicure and regular no-polish pedicure.

Kristen Guzmán I’ve been going for 2 years going on 3 this year. She does an amazing job every single time. I am always getting compliments on my sets. They are both so patient and friendly. I enjoy going each time to get my nails done. Thank you!! You guys are the best :)

Joe Ousley My wife and I had a wonderful experience! Getting prepared for a journey to Hawaii, they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute. Kelly handled my calloused feet with precision. Vivian was an artist with my wifes toes. Again, we had a great time!

Ciara Stafford I had a great experience here! Very clean, friendly and have good chairs that massage good too! The prices are good and my pedicure was good! My first time here. I will definitely be back.

Vamos Vane The nail tech said the prices were based off length so I did them a bit short asked questions and she seemed very defensive, I didnt want her to get upset so I just sat there as she so obviously was talking about me her tone said it all, it was so uncomfortable, then when she put acrylic the nails looked good so I said please don’t file anymore they are perfect the way they are, she files them down and makes them sharp they looked bad I said that I didn’t like that, she got very upset of me saying they looked a bit sharp and she started ripping them off with her nail clipper and it was very embarrassing, I spoke to the manager who was very professional and sweet since I got there, i said I would be back but I don’t think so after the experience. Nail tech I believe is ivy

Megan Lopez I’ve been going to Mivy Nails for years and they always do an amazing job. I usually don’t book with anyone specific because everyone does my nails beautifully and they are all so sweet!

Ramona McNamee Tony is great! Nail tips are even manageable to scratch an itch. My nails seem to last longer as he takes care in doing his job and he is pleasant to talk to. He does details too but drying time for gels needs to be longer as sometimes they are not fully cured!
