Katie Randall I came in for a pedicure after taking a few months of taking a break from this salon because it’s so chaotic every time I come in. While in here today the owners started screaming at a poor woman who was here working from another country just trying to make money for her family. I have never seen anything like this. Employees walked out and were crying stopped doing peoples nails mid manicures. I will never give the owners my business again. This isn’t the first I’ve heard of how they treat their employees and why they go through so many employees. I hope that poor woman can find something better for employment. I have never seen anything so unprofessional and so uncomfortable in my life and I’ve been going to salons for 15 years up here

Brooke Seaney We had such a relaxing couples massage. A glass of champagne to start was lovely. The jacuzzi was closed and for that they threw in a free foot scrub and scalp treatment. The amenities were amazing and we stayed the full hour afterwards to enjoy them. It’s a little pricey but we went during our honeymoon and it was entirely worth it.

david frost Amazing food. Shopping close to resorts so able just to walk around. Warm up by a fire when its cold. Fire and ice is a good place for beer food and indoor/outdoor socializing. Right by lifts. And tons of little unique stores around. Hawaiian food and ice skating rink there as well.

Erika Spencer I have been going to Candice for Botox for a little less than a year now and am so happy with the results I have seen after each session. Candice is super knowledgeable and truly an expert in her field. She is also very personable and lovely to converse with. I always look forward to my appointments!

Nikki Johnson Connie was amazing with our dog Matt. We called and got an appointment same day! She made sure to ask us questions about our dog for his first visit and was very kind to him. He has some paw trauma so he can get nippy when people touch his paws, but Connie handled him gently and we are so grateful. Next time we are in the area, we will for sure be back!

Ben Taggart Got my first post-quarantine haircut here. Doug was awesome and the haircut was just as good as the place I was going in SF that costs 50% more. Easy to schedule online and they have pretty rigorous sanitation procedures. All the other reviews here are by women and I know some guys feel weird about getting a haircut at a "salon" vs a barber shop, but if youre a dude looking for a great haircut in the area definitely go here!

Alé S I had a great experience at Exotic Nails, I was able to get an appointment 20 minutes in advance, showed up with beat nails, and Tony the owner took great care of me. He took great care with my gel colored French mani. The space is upstairs in Cobblestone plaza (there is an elevator), is warm and cozy, manicure chairs have a beautiful view of the lake. I will definitely return!
