5 /5 Stephanie Aguirre: Feb ‘25 update: Mr. T is no longer here, but I’ve gone to Vy two times and I’ve been super happy with my nails. The second time I went, I wanted my shape to be more pointed than the first time she did my nails. She is amazing! Mr. T did my wedding nails (Gel X) and they came out amazing. I was a bit nervous since I’ve never done Gel X and also it was my first time with Mr. T. I found him after reviewing recent reviews/review photo on Yelp/Google. I came in with an inspo pic (French pearl acrylic with pearls) but ended up leaving with ombré white tips. It exceeded my expectations and excited to see how it will look in my wedding photos and video. Thank you, Mr. T! Also I garden during my free time and my nails have held up nicely after one week!

5 /5 Jackie M: Alex and Andrew are the kindest and most hospitable nail shop owners. You are greeted with smiles and great attitudes. They truly care to make sure you are comfortable and happy with their services. Their communication is impeccable and I’ve NEVER waited more than 1 minute for my services. The salon is squeaky clean, peaceful and quiet. Everyone is experienced here. Alex is my fav for pedicures. Andrew does my teenager’s acrylics and she raves that he has all the cool designs.

1 /5 Deborah Sweeney: The first few times I was there were okay. I had been looking at many places in Thousand Oaks that would do a good job on my nails. After about 5 places I came to village nails and Andrew did a great job on my nails. His attitude wasn’t good. I dismissed it because everyone has a bad day. It was this last time I went there that did me in! When I got there I could see that they were really busy. After being seated Andrew approached me to tell me that he couldn’t do my nails because they overbooked and he had to do his other client. I thought I wasn’t important but I said ok. He had another girl that started to work on me. She left for a minute and when she came back she said she had to help another client and that someone else was going to help me and Andrew told her that he would give me a discount. My nails were half way done so what else could I do? That girl did a great job which made me happy. When I went to pay for my services I was expecting Andrew to give me some kind of discount. Instead, the amount was way over! I was so upset by that time that all I wanted to do was get out of there! I tipped the girls and left. The people that work there are great! It’s that Andrew didn’t tell the truth with the discount and that he passed me around like I didn’t matter. When I go to get my nails done I expect to be pampered and treated with respect. To relax and leave loving my nails and pedicure. The salon is clean and Alex seems to be great, but Andrew is not even close to be running a business like this. I hope he can make some changes for the people that do a good job there. I’ve found a new place that I’m being pampered like I should be. Andrew, I wasn’t on your books for today. It was a week ago this happened. Don’t try to wiggle out of it!!
