1 /5 Harmeet Kaur: I have never received such an awful experience and horrible haircut in my life!! I called for a haircut and they clearly said it was wash, haircut and styling for 65 dollars, they booked me with Denise. She was very unsympathetic and didn’t even bother to give you knowledge on anything of your hair. I would ask her questions and she would just answer very short with yes or no answers. You would think the first thing they would do is wash your hair before a cut, but Denise just went in and cut my hair dry. She left me with my hair shorter than what I asked for and uneven, especially my front framing pieces and very thick feeling, nothing blended at all. Once she finished cutting my hair, she didn’t even styled it or asked me if I was okay with how my haircut turned out she just brought me straight to the register and that was it. (And yes I still tipped her) I’m so upset at this place and I honestly I won’t be coming back.
