I made an appointment for a color correction two and a half weeks after she turned my hair red & brassy however I asked for no brassy tones. Also she only did a half foil but charged me for a full foil. Izzy argued with me about the half foil and said it was a full even after I showed her where the foils stopped. I explained that I was willing to pay full price for the correction knowing it had been two weeks. I brought the same picture of the color I was trying to achieve both times and she insisted it wasnt the same picture. She accused me of the chlorine in my hair from swimming that turned it brassy, even though I said that I didnt swim since she last saw me two weeks prior. Ive never had a stylist argue with me for something I was willing to pay full price for. I left there with orange, red, brown, black, and even green hair parted down the middle and not styled while the whole time I sat in her chair she didnt speak a single word to me. (Very uncomfortable to say the least)
There wasnt any blonde left in my hair whatsoever when she was done and I loved my blonde hair. I felt horrible for days about the whole experience and literally left there crying. The next day she sent me an unprofessional text to my phone saying my hair was in ill repair but I have pictures that shows it was much healthier, thicker, and more shiny, not to mention a beautiful ash blond. Ive never had to leave such a negative review and it saddens me to do so, hopefully it will encourage improvements by the owner of this salon.
