R Q I love the salon tucked away in an old mix- use craftsman thoughtfully decorated in vintage with curated cool hair products like Davies and Oi to compliment. Pam has done an awesome job with making me and Elouise feel comfortable. Its wonderful seeing my little slugger get all girly with Pam. Its worth paying a little more for the experience and the great cut! I dont know where I would be with Kymmie. Im glad she finally has a home and that home is blackbyrd. Im not a very loyal hair nail etc person but for Kymmie. She rocks! I love that she makes my decisions for me and always has an opinion because I know nothing. I just know whatever color she does on me - works!

Angela Sandoval Liz is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair for six years. She is a master at color, cut and making me feel amazing and beautiful. I love her talent and sweet beautiful personality. She also cuts my daughters hair and does an amazing job. You would be doing your self a true service to have her as your stylist.

Janine Cortez I have trusted Marco with my hair for 13 years. I am also a hairstylist, so that says a lot about his skillset. He is a master of all cuts, but my personal favorites are his pixies (super hard to find a good pixie cutter) and fantastic bobs. He is also known for his exceptional BARBERING on all hair textures. His salon is beautiful and extremely clean, with a laid back, welcoming vibe. If you want to go to salon with talented, humble, hardworking people... Lead Salon is your place!

Tara Highly recommend Ericka! Shes on point with color and balayage. She takes her time and really collaborates with you to get you the desired end result. Casey Morris I was referred to Dulce Lopez of Salon Oveja Negra from a stylist in Chicago, IL. I was moving to LA and needed someone I could trust. Ive been going to her ever since. Almost 3 years!! I have thick curls and for most of my life went to places that had no idea how to take care of curls, or give guidance. Especially for men. Dulce completely changed the way I take care of my hair AND my scalp. I have a regiment now. I know what to stay away from product-wise. She is more than a stylist!

Polly Huang I got a haircut from Yuri today and loved my experience at the salon with her! I showed her some reference photos and she also gave me some of her suggestions. I asked for my hair to be cut a little below my shoulders, some layers, and curtain bangs. Yuri was really polite, attentive, and very detailed with the cut! She started by cutting my hair dry, then shampoo & head massage, and ended with blow drying and some more trimming. Thank you for the cut Yuri! I will definitely be back!
