1 /5 Jamie Ziegenfuss: ZERO STARS if I could. Avoid this place if you dont want surprised billing! Business manager enjoys her power to much and refused to adjust billing to the correct coding for my procedure even after my doctor acknowledged his mistake. Business manager told me over the phone is was insurance fraud if the coding was changed, but my insurance company confirmed with me that it can be changed without issue. This woman just refused to do it!! I do NOT recommend this place, take your health care another facility.

1 /5 Carlos Carranza: I had a phone call appointment on April 17th, 2024, at 1030am. in Suite A. I never received that phone call, so I decided to call the front lobby person who answered the phone, and she said that the doctor was too busy to go over my results, to call back later. I called back 3 times in a span of 8 hours, and I got the same response every time. Do not schedule phone appointments because the doctor will be too busy for you! I called today, April 17, 2024, and the manager said she would call me back. Worst medical experience of my life.

5 /5 Sue Morales-Harding: Ive been to this surgery center several times, twice for procedures by Dr. Garcia. Everything went great both times. Shannon at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. However, when I went for knee surgery by Dr. Beauchman, the anesthesiologist refused to let me have the surgery after seeing my arm, which had been in the hospital a week prior. My orthopedic surgeon came in wanting to know what had happened, and I told him to ask the anesthesiologist. When I called to reschedule the surgery, I was told I would have to see a cardiologist first. The cardiologist cleared me for surgery, but the bakers cyst in my knee, which had been there for at least two years, burst. I now have to get an MRI of my knee to see if I have a tear. If so, I will need surgery that should have been done sooner.

5 /5 Kelli Phillips: Ive had 2 procedures there. And they were just as nice as the first time. The staff was great and they were nice... Some were very nice, and some were mega nice. They were professional, yet they still took the time to answer my questions. I was in and out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them. Going in for a third procedure so if anything changes Ill update this review.

5 /5 Lettie Barragan: I Have Been There Maybe 4 Times Now. I Feel Like My Doctor Cares Enough About His Patients To Have Us Go To A Very Good Facility To Get Procedures Done. I Was There Yesterday And The Care Is So Professional, Attentive, So Gentle And Kind. From When I Arrived To When I Left I Couldnt Have Asked For Better Care. Thank You To The Nice Lady Who Put In My I.V. , Mike, Stephanie, Raquel, Christine And Cecelia, All The Nurses In The O.R Including Female Anesthesiologist. THANK YOU ALL. To Bad We Couldnt Get This Rate Of Care At Every Facility. This Place is Excellent
