1 /5 Yolanda Muniz: I had booked an appointment with Rosa. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and waited to be seated while she finished the person she was working on. However, she then told me that she had another appointment already at the same time as mine and that someone else would do my pedicure for me even though I had specifically booked the appointment with her, since last time I was not satisfied with the other ladies work. This is the second time she has done this. She does not respect people’s time and rescheduling/cancelling last minute when I’m already there in person is unacceptable.
