All the staff were so so kind and made my first visit such a breeze. Dr. Stephanie was incredible and took so much time to answer my questions! Highly recommend joining Tia!

5 /5 Brittany Bae: I have a medical phobia and this place is literally healing. They were so kind to accommodate me when I said I faint during blood work. They gave me gummies and laid me down and got me cozy. She was so clean and fast ! Not even a drip on my bandaid. Everyone was so professional and good at what they do. And when I walked out I was already notified with my follow up for info about migraines I had concerns of. I’m really thankful I get to come here. ❤️

Lovely care, very clear about what is and isn’t covered by insurance, and a soothing environment with sweet staff where you can get all the basics taken care of in the same place.

1 /5 Josie Hosmer: UPDATE - One year later and they have autocharged my card for another year of membership after confirming my cancellation via email last year. New random bill for $164 a year later. Such a scam, hate this place. Tia is cute but not worth the unexplained charges that I incur every time I book a visit. They keep your card on file so there is never a breakdown of fees to accept. I had to call and wait on hold twice to have my insurance manually verified prior to my appointment or I would have been charged $50 for a cancellation, stressful overall experience when they had previously verified my insurance and knew I was fully in-network. For my most recent visit (simple virtual visit, took maybe 5 minutes), I asked how much it would be out of pocket and they told me it would be a $30 co-pay, the next day they charged me $200. Not to mention the monthly fee. Was hoping to love this place but its a trendy, overpriced doctors office.
