Gavin Steed I find it rare for a doctor to take the time and make me feel heard. From moment I enter the office I am always greeted by helpful and seasoned staff. I made Dr. Paul my primary over a year ago and its been the best decision Ive made for my health in years. She always gives me direct clear answers on my questions and guidance with each visit made fun with her lively fun attitude towards life. Freedom Rescue, Inc Our Director ended up having to go to the ER here and they were absolutely wonderful. It didn’t hurt that they weren’t busy, but they took systematic steps and kept things moving. For in, Taken care of, and out rather fast. Truly appreciate their staff and the hospital itself

Khorshid Davtalab I have been a patient of Dr. Anita Jackson for at least 7 years now. She has helped me so much. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone. My only complaint is the nurse practitioner. She was incompetent and very rude. I will be very happy when Anita Jackson returns from her vacation. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Anita Jackson, but the nurse practitioner is a definite note for me

I’ve only had positive experiences with every doctor NP, PA as well as assistants and front office. The way the staff works together makes the flow move quickly. Dr Richard Uhler - Spine & Sports Medicine Family Practice
SS Read some of the negative reviews and can’t disagree more, especially the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful on every visit. The NP Michelle is awesome and will spend as much time as you need to listen and answer all your questions. I’ve only seen Doc Uhler once, he had recent back surgery, but he was awesome as well. Every time I’ve been to the office, I’m yapping so long about my minor health issues and asking questions that other staff will eventually knock on the door to do a safety check. Never felt rushed. Always quick to do blood work and make sure all is good.

Primecare of Temecula
Richard Meredith My wife has MS and has been prescribed Neurological Therapy. Primecare of Temecula does not have that service available in their "network" even though there is a facility in the Temecula Valley. They will only refer her to PHYSICAL therapy. The two arent the same. It brings into question just how much they understand about medical issues and how much they care about their member patients.

daisy saucedo The staff and Dr. Berns are all very professional and kind. I brought my mother-in-law to her surgery appointment. They allowed me to go in the back with her while they prepped her for surgery. This was extremely important for my mother-in-law as she had so much anxiety. Everyone treated her so kindly and were extremely patient with her. My mother-in-law and I are very pleased with the level of care she received.
