The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer my questions. The mechanics are clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what my car needed via pictures and brief explanation ON paper ,text & link—without ever pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated how prompt their service was. They kept me updated every step of the way, and their quick responses to my texts and calls made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop that combines expertise, honesty, and such great communication. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is the place to go!

5 /5 Hannah Anderson: Super awesome place! Very comfy inside if you need to sit and wait, very friendly staff and owner who made friendly small talk, and AWESOME fish tank inside! I love how they take photos during the inspection and allow me to see all of it and their findings. I went in for an oil change, which they did fairly quickly at a great price, and then also gave me a rundown of other issues they found that could need my attention and a price estimate for each one. Very helpful. I love this place and plan to come back in the future! Highly recommend going here if you need your car serviced.

5 /5 Jennifer Caldwell: These guys were awesome!!! My car had been in my usual shop in the Gerber area twice in the last month or so for bad alternators. First time there were 3 put in, all of which failed, the second time the alternator was terrible right off the bat and my car stopped running a few days later. I finally had enough and had my car towed to this shop instead. They did NOT disappoint! They actually went over everything and fixed what I could afford at the moment. They were super accommodating and extremely friendly. This is the smoothest my car has run since my original alternator went out. I will definitely be coming back here for my other fixes since they seem to know exactly what they’re doing.

They were SO accommodating with working around my work schedule recently and made an after hours drop off and pick up so smooth. Their communication is so great and they were able to answer my many questions. They always have clear estimates and even go beyond the specific service to make sure you and your car are good to go.
