1 /5 Marina Negrao: They barely examine you when you go in, had to come back for a second time to actually get tested since I didnt want to blindly take antibiotics. Went in for a stomach issue that they said they would give me a referral after I did the treatment the dr suggested only to be asked to book a new appointment for the referral. Dont recommend this doctor nor this practice.

5 /5 Frank Ariel: I have been a patient of Doctor Hak for over 35 years, my wife more like 38 years, my in-laws, my kids, my mom, hmmm, idk who else, but pretty much all members of the family are his patients. His bedside manner is the best., But, let me tell you what makes him an exceptional doctor and sits him apart from many, many other Doctors: his diagnosis is always always RIGHT ON! He has always been right on, never been wrong. And that’s worth more than anything in a doctor. I would recommend anyone to him.

1 /5 Ronald Cooper Jr.: Clean facility, wait staff is nice. However, there is some deceiving insight on the way claims are processed. I went in for a general check up moving here recently from NY and looking to find an ongoing doctor. In this check up I expressed back/neck pain to the doctor. The doctor immediately recommended physical therapy and X-rays. I was not even in the office with the doctor for more than 3 minutes. The claim was processed as a diagnostic visit and not a general visit which in turn has the insurance provider cover a portion of the bill and no the entirety of the bill. This is alot, considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and I dont have a job anymore. Its just shameful that this wasnt communicated properly. I will not be going back to a doctor who doesnt seem genuinely interested in his patients best interests. FOLLOW UP 2/16/2021. I expected a response from the office as they did below. I knew an impulsive response would occur considering the nature of my review but I knew it was just that...an empty promise to save face. I waited 2-3 days to reach out to them to see if they actually cared or they were just trying to save face in their response below. (emailed them 2/9/21) It was to no surprise, after responding to them in the email they provided they did not get back to me to help me at all. Not even a let me see how we can work this out. I should have trusted my gut in them not caring about me as a patient but rather them trying to save face and make money. Thanks for nothing. If I could rate less than a star I would. The poor experience is what sets it for me. The bill could have been the same but if you actually expressed care and consideration for the client, I would not feel this way. No need to respond to me any further.

5 /5 MyFureverMemories Pet Memorials: I have been Dr Ted Hak patient for over 12 years. He is an amazing Dr. due to insurance issues I have used several other doctors in between the 12 years and always came back to Dr Hak because he truly knows how to diagnose and care for his patients.
