5 /5 fabulous Mrs Cooper: These people are amazing. Visiting from Minnesota and came across this nail salon. It was all good reviews so I decided to stop by. The shop was clean and the vibe was good. Very efficient workers and nails tech interactions with my girl and I was amazing. Got me a nail salon for life in California for all my visits.

1 /5 Dolores Manuel: First time getting my nails done here, Last week I went in for dip manicure and hard gel pedicure. I paid $113 plus tip. Helen did my pedi and when she was cutting my nails she cut my skin and made me bleed a little. The bleeding stopped before I left the salon. About 2 days after getting my nails done I started to noticed discomfort in my big toe. On day 4 my toe was painful and red. On day 5 l started to have oozing and pus/blood draining from my big toe. I started antibiotics yesterday (day 6) and Im seeing a podiatrist tomorrow. I noticed that clean/sterile instruments were not used like they should have been. I dont not recommend this place at all. Update: I saw a podiatrist yesterday and they had to remove my whole nail due to an infection. Can I get a refund at this point?

1 /5 Gwen Moore: I was so disappointed when coming here after paying $100 PLUS a stupid 3% card charge. Me and my mom came here because they had such good reviews. We sat down and I instantly noticed the reused and communal tools they were using for our pedicures. They were rough when doing our cuticles, they cut my mom and she’s diabetic so something as simple as that is a HUGE deal for her. They took a huge chunk of skin out of my toe that caused serious inflammation and issues wit wearing shoes. My polish didn’t even cover my whole nail bed and before he even started cutting my nails and I said to keep them square and DO NOT round them off. First thing he does with that file is round off my nails. The tools used on our feet were so unsanitary and it was so obvious.

1 /5 Lilibeth Mendez: My first visit was fine but the second was awful. I have pretty long natural nails and love getting nail art. On my first visit to the salon, Destiny did my nail art and it looked amazing. It seemed like no one else does nail art so when booking my second appointment I specifically booked it with her. (I am attaching screenshots). I received an email the day before to confirm the appointment and in it, it says "with Destiny". I show up to my appointment and a man name Cam says I am his appointment and does my nails. I was super confused and thought maybe he was just starting off my nails but nope! Destiny had one client after another and Cam did my nails. From my last time being there I knew he didnt do nail art so I wasnt even able to get the nails I wanted which were supposed to be special as they were for my bridal shower. I just think its really shady of the salon to change the person who is supposed to do my nails last minute and without giving me any notice. I wanted Destiny specifically for the nail art and ended up with someone who couldnt do that and with nails I didnt love. Aside from the mix up, the gel manicure wasnt a gel manicure. He missed a lot of steps and then added a lot of random steps as well and it took over an hour for just a simple single color gel manicure. Place is also a bit run down, at my first visit there was a cockroach in the swatch book.
