5 /5 R.L. Fleming: I went to Sutter Health Urgent Care today because the other urgent care medical facility in town was closed. I was treated with courtesy and respect by Reception, Physicians Asst. X-ray Tech and (very important to me) the on duty Doctor. The steps of my examination were explained beforehand and when completed, the recommended treatment. I highly recommend Sutter Health Urgent Care.

5 /5 Sallie Smith: The care I received for my procedure at Sutter Health was incredibly kind and caring. I am very anxious before any hospital stay, and they put me at my ease completely. Every single nurse, receptionist, and doctor was exceptional. Outstanding care.

3 /5 Nu Nul: While checking in, Veronica the receptionist did not smile and was very rude asking me for my phone number. I told her I had appointment, then gave her my name and the time, she then in a VERY rude way and demanding voice, said I asked you for ur phone number…very very rude. People are sick and this type of energy and rudeness should not be allowed in a health care setting. However the medical assistant Julio and the young lady who was typing, were the most sweet and respectful people I encountered, took my vitals asked questions washed there hands. The PA very sweet very knowledgeable and explained like a good teacher my situation gave me medication and sent it there and then no joke the pharmacy had my RX within an hour. Thank you PAMF Just needs to work on front office people, pls hire people with good manners or that like what they do, a smile for a sick patient goes a long way!!!

5 /5 Kirsten Meekins: Excellent care! The staff was friendly and treated my concern with respect and compassion. Every person I encountered was exceptionally nice, down to earth and friendly. The Dr. gave ample time and attention to me and answered all my questions before I left. A+

5 /5 Breanna Sisson: I came when they opened and was 4th in line. They said Id be seen in over an hour, but they brought me in for vitals right away and took me into a room 10 mins later. Much quicker than expected. Everyone was very kind and caring. Overall a great experience when I wasnt feeling well.
