5 /5 Kim Cisneros: Labor and Delivery was wonderful. I am so grateful to Dr. Putnam and the entire nursing staff for their thoroughly knowledgeable care. They worked with my birth plan as much as possible, even through some pretty serious complications. I had a beautiful birth and felt so taken care of postpartum. I would have another child here!

We typically live in the Bay Area but decided to come to Sutter Coast for our birth and to spend our first few months after in the beauty of Del Norte County. Unexpectedly, my wife had several late-term and post-birth complications; the care here was excellent for all of them. I want to particularly thank Dr. Claire Putnam for her thoughtful and creative work helping my wife deliver without at C-section! The nurses were caring, knowledgeable, and helpful for help with things like breastfeeding and swaddling, and the birth rooms were spacious and comfortable. I know its a rural hospital, but the care was excellent, and I plan to be back.

The entire staff was professional and friendly. Yesterday I had to go to the ER. Once again I was treated professionally and with kindness. Thank you Sutter Coast for being there for me.
