5 /5 Sarah Arney: Phenomenal service. Were Kaiser patients. I was driving back to Folsom from Lake Wildwood on a weekend and my toddler started having trouble breathing. I was too scared to continue driving 30 minutes to Kaiser Roseville. I carried her into Sutter ER, started to check in, and boom- a nurse appeared and had us in a room with a doctor in less than five minutes. They immediately helped my daughter and had us on our way in a few hours. We needed to call later for a prescription and my husband was able to speak with the doctor that helped us! Im SO GRATEFUL Sutter was there for us during a stressful trip.

5 /5 Kimberlee Amore: This hospital is the best in town. Dr.Ajayi is amazing along with staff and Nurses. Kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Went during the day here and out in 2 hours. Place runs very Efficiently. Thank you to all, greatly appreciated for all you do.

1 /5 craig Pyne: Hello, Went in with high blood pressure , chest pains and dehydration. The nurse was nice but the Doctor acted like he didnt believe me. I was hooked up to a heart monitor where my blood pressure was 175/96 which is very high. They refused to give me fluids even though I was dehydrated. The Doctor lied about my blood tests results, my potassium came back very low and didnt want to treat it. He basically dismissed me and let me go without treating me.

3 /5 Yessica Batchelor: I was recently at this ER for pain in my right upper quadrant and a some pain in my lower right quadrant. I got admitted pretty quickly both times. I first went to Dr. Carter who performed an ultrasound on my upper right quadrant. However he never touched my stomach to try to figure out where the pain was originating from. He send me home with Famotidine and a possible ulcer. Idk what kind of diagnosis that is but I digress. So a month later I ended up back in the ER for the same pain. This time I got Dr. Heitter. Who seems to be a more diligent doctor. He began by pushing on different parts of my stomach and realized the pain was actually originating from the right ovary area. He set me up for a cat scan. Turns out I have a 10.1cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary. He also requested a vaginal ultrasound to provide me with more information. Had the first doctor, been more diligent, he would have realized the pain was due to a large ovarian cyst pushing up on my organs. Unfortunately instead he had me take medicine I didn’t need and prolonged my pain. Shout out to my second doctor, Dr. Heitter for his determination to give me a true diagnosis. I would give this ER 5 stars just for Dr. Heitter. But unfortunately had to deduct two stars for my misdiagnoses the first time. Aside from all this all the staff were all very friendly and helpful
