1 /5 Alexa Zhang: Never come here! Not if it is the last salon left in the area! You will regret it if you do, like I do now! I would give zero stars if I could. I was in the plaza and walked in for a simple wash and blowdry of shoulder-length hair. She washed my hair so fast, using so little water, my hair smelled soapy. I asked gently if she could rinse it a bit more. The lady (who claimed to be the owner) bit my head of saying she knows what she is doing and told me to be quiet. I sat down for her to blow dry my hair, she literally started blow-drying my hair as one blob, without clipping the top up while blowdrying the bottom, like an untrained person. I have never had my hair dried like that, so I asked her if she could section my hair and dry it properly. She yelled at me and said she knew what she was doing. When I still asked to please section my hair as it is cold out and she should properly dry my wet hair. She then stopped and asked me to leave! I couldnt believe my ears. I wasnt even asking her to style it, just to dry it properly. I question if she knows how to blow dry hair. I wonder if the license hung on the wall actually belongs to her. This salon should not be allowed to open. (I rarely write reviews but I truly feel it is my duty to review this horrible place if it could prevent one person from suffering this poor place. Then I saw all the bad reviews and warnings on Yelp！ from other users. I should have never walked in).
