1 /5 Nivea Ahumada: First time working with the company. Went in for a consultation. Stylist seem to know what he was talking about & his work ethic. Made an appointment same day came in very next day. I asked for a balayage with highlights . Stylist only worked on my hair for two hours. I had patches through my hair. The color he used to match my roots was very dark almost as black. As you can see very different from what I asked for from the images below. I went back to the salon in regards to my issue had a different stylist do my hair as you can see hair is completely uneven to tones. As I was there for 5 hours. Half brown with highlights along with red under my top layer as, she did not want to do the lower half of my hair. This is currently my hair at the moment very uneven as a better hairstylist with good work ethic & patience can do better. Very unhappy with both stylist work. Aside from their work ethic great customer service. However, company need to invest in some classes to help improve their skills. As this is unacceptable & horrible work that is representing your company.

Priscilla did a fantastic job and truly knows how to make her clients feel confident and beautiful! I would highly recommend coming to Studio M Salon & Spa, as you will not be disappointed whatsoever. The staff there is all very friendly. 100/10 would come again. I can’t wait for my next hair appointment with, Priscilla!

5 /5 Deirdre: Very happy with my stylist Jamie. He did an excellent job highlighting and cutting my hair. He is very intuitive and takes time to understand the look you’d like to go for, and takes the time to understand and explain what will work with your hair. I ended up with exactly the color I wanted and he came up with a very cute cut.

5 /5 Breanna Horton: Jamie did an amazing job cutting and coloring my hair! I wanted to take off a bunch of length but maintain a relatively low maintenance cut and color, and the finished product is perfect for me! The refresh facial was also wonderful. Friendly, clean, and welcoming environment and the sweet little canine welcoming crew was a great addition. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Shelly Johnson: First time to this salon and had a fantastic experience with Jamie. I am so happy to have found him. He is great with color, cut and style. I almost always walk out of a salon and go home to redo it myself. That is not the case with Jamie. He is fantastic in his craft!
