"Hi thank you for your feedback.. Unfortunately these days most people do not have common courtesy to cancel with advance notice or they no call no show.. Or they bring their kids in and they run around the salon or they come late and expect that we can provide a full service when we have appts booked right after. You mentioned bringing in an extra guest, our salon gets really busy and we would like to reserve the seats for our guests receiving a service.
We believe that we have very few competition because we are absolutely 100% professional, 100% transparent especially with our $5 salon surcharge. We haven’t raise our prices since we opened and even after Covid, that is just to help with the rise in product cost instead of raising prices on each service. We also pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. Our salon is clean and we aim to provide a relaxing experience while you receive your service. We also respect our client’s time and the ones that understand these qualities will appreciate our salon structure. We are aware we are not for everyone. Good thing is there are plenty of salons that will suite your standards better.
Yes there are thousands of nail salons but we would have to say, none compares to us.. We set the nail salon standard in Sacramento.
You are more than welcome to leave a review, please don’t threaten my business because you don’t like our salon policies.. We call people like that bullies.. You have the option to call another salon but instead you want to start your morning off with negative energy. I am confident that anyone with common sense will know that you lack to understand business and lack respect for how different businesses want to operate and if any of your 5 million followers agree with you then they are like minded.. Please let them know that we are not for them..
